Been using them for 10+ years, It was my one and only site because the wins against loses were good, then out of the blue, they lock my account and claim they need pictures of me holding my passport and holding my bank account!!! They can F off.
Oh and if your still playing there never mention the fact that the same people win all the time and their bots in chat thanking them for £2 wins etc is a clear desperate move to make it seem they are busy when they are obviously losing players

Withheld Money
Kept deposit along with any winnings, closed my account.
Scam, don't sign up!!!!

Opened the Account and won a small amount of money, that wasn't acceptable to them and they closed the Account the same day - also withholding my withdrawal before completing an enhanced verification check. Just stick with the more trusted sites out there (who quite often have a high street presence) - Avoid this one - quick to take your money - does not pay out.

SCAM site. I have also been informed via email by Debbie Carter (the manager) from the gambling commission that jackpot joy is in breach of contract. The (so called) winner's names are FAKE. You will see the same name's on tombola, foxy bingo, sun bingo and happy tiger bingo. If you don't believe? Go look for yourselves. You've all been conned. Hopefully now you will use a little common sense and realise that if gambling site's were not RIGGED the majority of us would be rich. Need I say more.

Listen Iv had the worst year ever.
Now Iv been a customer of Jackpotjoy since 2018.
They very kindly sent me a bonus which only had a x1 play of the bonus amount.
I played and won £280.
No hassle, no problems, just the usual fantastic staff at Jackpotjoy on hand to take my chat.
The best company out there and that’s an opinion of myself and many friends.

It should be 0 stars. I'll never give them another penny ever again! Bad customer service and a scam website, needs closing down.
