the site is corrupt, they close accounts if you withdraw, their employees win the jackpots and they have bots playing the bingo set to win so many games an hour....the chat hosts also work on support, so they have all your details, so chances of your ID being cloned is very high, too many staff having access to these details is wrong...avoid at all cost

absolutely terrible they allow fraud and theft i had winnings in my account they allowed someone to add a card thats not in my name not deposit but withdraw my winnings to there account but try blaming me saying its my responsibility how can i stop someone hacking into my account adding a card and withdrawing to a card thats not in my name never deposited money from it absolute joke

Send out an email for a box bonanza game on 23 April, kept getting an error. Still now no box bonanza and I just keep getting told that the technical team are working on it. Not even offering and spins or a small credit as an apology. And then to rub in the wound, I got an email from their site, virgin games offering the same. I clicked on that and guess what exactly the same error.

I used to deposit hundreds on here now icam only allowed to deposit £500 a year if I want to deposit more I have to send documents blood samples and god knows what if I ever win a decent amount I'll never see it so what's the point; they've quite happily took my money for years now they can whistle they're a crap money grabbing site gone right downhill well it's their loss not mine.

Worst of the worst, been a member for years, spent loads with very little return but stayed loyal. They decided to close my account without any explanation. Everyone notices same winners day in day out, dont mention it in chat you will get banned. You will get banned for saying anything that hosts dont agree with, absolutely appalling behaviour. There are plenty other bingo sites, stay away from ALL Ballys sites.

I was told I had won a box bonanza game (in a pop-up). I was given a countdown timer which told me to come back in 24 hours to see how much I had won. Once the timer ticked down the message vanished. Customer Service has constantly lied about what I had seen - I know because I know what I had seen with my own eyes. Not worth the money wasting your time on false promises, there are much better casino sites available, and they won't call you a liar for using your one of your senses. Also, Customer Service has NO phone number so you are left waiting for ages on a dubious online chat.

Since I gave them a decent review a few weeks back, I haven’t won a penny since. Not only that, the games have been lagging, on the crazy coin flip game when I was supposed to qualify it ends up re loading every single time I got it on video, 4 times I was meant to qualify the page just re loaded and said error then re started the game, very dodgy. I take back my good review.

Yes I won a couple times, with 10p, however that’s it.
