This site needs closed down. Have spent thousands and have not gotten one single bonus, so I challenged the support team and they have stated that accounts can and will be barred to ensure they don't win. Openly telling people they don't allow people to win. Better burning your money than playing this site. It's a disgrace

Customer for years spent 100000’s. But from today I’m giving up, I haven’t had a promotional box in months even though I do everything to qualify for it. Also the winning is less to non existent now which is a shame because it’s used to be fun. I only play bubbles on jackpot joy but. I’ve noticed it “glitches” more and more when I get a win and they don’t give me the bubble to burst. Sadly the site seems to be a scam. I’m going to join another platform that’s fare.

Another dirty money pit!!! Wish i'd read the reviews before playing the slots arw so rigged its plain as day and they don't even hide it!! Just when you're about to win a decent amount after activating features the bonus just vanishes!!! Ive spent a good few hundred in this site and won absolutely nothing!!!!! I've been a member for about 5 years. I tried to log in yesterday and found my account has been blocked for no other reason other than I do not spend enough. I limit myself to £20 a month and have withdrawn a few wins. Jackpot joy have blocked me for withdrawing too many times. ABSOLUTELY disgusting.
