Confusing ads and communication
My wife and I first found Jackson's blinds on ebay, but there were no measurements for them, so it was good to then go to the official website where they had more exact measurements.
We did have a problem with the communication to do with the colour and delivery.
The problem with the delivery was when we called up Jackson's to find out when the blinds would be because on their website, there doesn't seem to be a place on Jackson's website saying when and how to track your purchase.
We then made a phone call to find out when the blinds would arrive. Initially, we told that they would arrive on a particular day and we planned our day to be home around that fact.
Unfortunately, there was delay at the warehouse, but we weren't notified of it and had to make another phone call when the blinds didn't show up.
The person we talked to was apologetic which helped.
Also, on the ebay ad, it stated that the blinds were in grey only.
However, on the Jackson's website it didn't have what colour they were.
My wife then wrote an email asking if Jackson's had the blinds in other colours. She was told they came in cream only which is what we wanted.
When the blinds arrived they were in grey!
Due to time restraints on the motorhome needing to be ready for a trip to Europe, we have settled for grey.
My wife and a couple of friends own similar style and aged motorhomes so we are likely to be needing more bits and pieces in the future.
If there was some of compensation (voucher from Jackson's?) this would help nullify our worries about buying in the future.

Order quick and easy
Order quick and easy, ordered late evening and despatched early next day, very efficient then the part that lost a star and probably the usual culprit, delivery.Royal Mail gave me a time for delivery of7:40-12:40, that’s good I thought so I can get out after lunch, waited and waited until finally delivered at 16:30, why don’t they do what others do and estimate 08:00-20:00.
