Instore radio support non existant

Have used there in-store radio for a few years now. It's OK but don't expect any support. I'm guessing the reviews that rave about Jemnedo are fake. I couldn't change my payment details so have had to cancel my account and set up a new one. Now it won't play on my iPad - trying to get help is hopeless. Tried phoning, tried their messenger app and sent two emails. Still no response.

Get PAID for your music easily

I uploaded my music here many years ago, and have been paid out in a very timely manner whenever I contacted them to collect. It's like free money! They collect royalties for use of your music and get you paid, paid, paid! Couldn't be easier!

I am so angry at this deceitful money…

I am so angry at this deceitful money grabbers . Whatever you do don't do any kind of business with them. They said you can cancel at anytime and they would grant a refund but they lie. I canceled in 7 days of trying it out. I got 2 receipts of me canceling. But they gave me an email saying that I can't get a refund. Technically I should take them to court. I just might. The songs also what they claim are not legal either. This company should be shut down. DON'T DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THEM. OR YOU'LL BE SORRY. No stars in my book but a big minus 10. Attorney time.

It's not clear from your message whether you were subscribing to our 'production music catalogue' or to our 'instore radio' product.

The synchronisation catalogue subscription offers a monthly unlimited subscription for content creators that you can cancel at any time. After cancelling, you are no longer charged for future months, and your current subscription ends at the end of your subscription month.

Our 'InStore radio' product has a 14-day free trial, during which time you can cancel without any charge. At the end of the free trial, if you haven't cancelled, we charge the annual subscription for access to the service.

Regarding the music itself, all of the music available on our site is legally licensed from the original artists, and can be used by our customers without them needing to pay additional licence fees.

We are absolutely delighted to have…

We are absolutely delighted to have come across jamendo. I run a small sewing school and we want to play music in classes. This would cost several thousand pounds usually due to PRS, which I can in NO WAY afford! So I started looking for royalty free options.

Jamendo have a royalty free music app that costs around £50/yr for the size classroom we have (1 venue) and a great range of music channels and types. The students really like the music, my favourite is Lounge : )

This is a scam

This is a scam - I've sent the following email several times and they haven't replied:

I was charged for the two week trial, despite your statement that I would not be charged during this period. I then tried to cancel the subscription but I couldn't find it in your website. I've sent you an email but I didn't get a reply. So I deleted my account. Despite that, on the 12th of January I received an email saying my annual subscription has been renewed. And I can't login because I deleted my account.

Jamendo track pack rip-off

I have used Jamendo for several years to provide music for my home videos. Two years ago, I bought a track pack of 20 tracks, of which I have used 8 licenses. For about a year, I have been unable to use the remaining tracks. In the past 6 months I have repeatedly contacted Jamendo via their webite and by email to get help fixing the website problem so that I can use my licenses. I have received only one acknowledgement and no help.
I wonder if they treat their music providers with as much contempt as they treat their customers? I try to reward the music creators by buying licenses rather than just rip their music. Jamendo have taken my money for the licenses but do not provide me with the means of using those licenses or provide a refund.

Jamendo is terrible for content makers

Jamendo is terrible for content makers. They get money from our music but they don't pay us( aka stole). When you try to get in touch with them, they send automatic messages. I sent some messages asking about my payments more than one year a go and they didn't reply any of those. I'm really pissed off.

Jamendo sold me an invalid license!

I purchased a license from Jamendo Licensing and used the licensed music in a youtube video. The youtube video received a "copyright claim" and Jamendo was NOT ABLE to remove that claim after 3 weeks waiting! They always tell me that they contacted the author of the music and that he has to solve the copyright claim. But I bought the license from Jamendo, so I expect THEM to deal with the copyright claim! On other music platforms it only takes a maximum of a couple of days until such a claim on youtube is solved. But Jamendo is not able to do that. So in my opinion they sold me a FAKE LICENSE! I am trying to get my money back from them. STAY AWAY FROM JAMENDO!
