I've found JAM to have the widest selection and my custom orders came out as expected. Design tool is easy to use. They also have good deals on other products like gift wrap etc.

Trash customer service. Continually pushing back my order. They "escalated" my order by adding an additional 2 days to the ship date. They'll leave the chat before you get the answers. If you ask for compensation for the inaccurate dates and failed delivery date that THEY set, they just send a bot message and exit the chat. Seems like you're just talking to a bot anyway.
Still waiting. Product was assured to arrive today. Now they wont ship for another 5 days at least. Will never do business with this company again and I hope others are smart enough to read some of these reviews first and save themselves the headache. 0 out of 5.

They lost my package on November 15. It is now the end of December 2024 and the customer service reps promise an email, say it’s been escalated to a second service level. I am unable to get an email or my refund. It would seem that they won’t do anything until they find the lost package. So my money is locked up with them. Not happy.

BUYERS BEWARE: Jam Paper falsely advertised an item on their website and I was shorted the amount of items I paid for. I sent them the picture of the listing description and my receipt which clearly showed what I was to receive. Their response was that they had their listing description wrong and they changed the listing today. They said that they will not send me the additional amount of items I paid for. Dishonest company and I won’t be purchasing from them again! 😡😡😡

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have a decades + experience working as a Graphic designer with 100's of other suppliers. I Understand setting up documents for print and followed the Templates Provided by Jam Paper. However when the printed envelopes arrived the logo was positioned about 1" too low. I confirmed the logo was printed in the wrong place with a customer service rep over the phone. She pulled up my design file and compared it to the photos I sent here of the printed envelopes I received. She confirmed they were mis printed and that the service request would go into review for a re print. Apparently someone else thinks they have been printed correctly and I was never refunded or provided a reprint. It is terribly frustrating to have a problem confirmed with a customer service rep but never be provided a solution. I would recommend to never use this company for a custom print job.

My paper order was improperly packaged and all of the edges and corners were damaged during shipment. My email (with photos) was completely ignored, as was the second message that I placed on the website. A call to the number finally got a response nearly 4 weeks after my initial order. They wanted me to return the damaged paper and wait for it to be received before they would send a replacement. A month of wasted time just to try to get what I paid my money for.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. First, they messed up the order and then it took forever for them to get back to me after several attempts to get it corrected, then they sent a replacement the slowest way possible without contrition or discount a MONTH later. Just awful experience. No continuity with support, just can’t say enough about how bad this was.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All the items I received were not the items I ordered and the reasoning I received from customer service was "oh, those items were out of stock so we sent different items." WOW... I'm shocked they are able to operate as a business.
Didn't received all items in my order. Called Jampaper but no one answered the phone. Finally I could get ahold of someone through chat. I said since I didn't get all I ordered didn't get paper but just ribbons I want to return the ribbons because ribbons was intended to be used with paper. Representative said someone will reach out to me in the next 24-48 hours. When no answer got back to me I tried to call. After 18 min on hold I again tried through chat. The agent when I just mentioned my order purposely disconnected the chat. I used my different email trying to reach someone through chat and someone responded. They offered to reship missing items what isn't solution I want and I already explained it through chat. Representative said I can ship what I got but they won't give me return label. Why should I pay for return shipping if I didn't received what I ordered?

Absolutely terrible customer service. waited 80 mins on hold just to be connected to a call center in the Philippines. They don't have photo or video examples of the foil print they offer and tell you you have to spend money in order to see what the foil looks like. do not order from this company
This business actively hates their customers. They would rather insult you, cancel your order, and mock you than keep your business. It’s a family-run business and all three (JAM - Janet, Andrew, Michael) are the meanest humans you will ever come across. They also intentionally will send you less than what you ordered and blame it on you saying you’re trying to fleece THEM and expect you to pay another fee to get what they didn’t send in the first place. Do not support this business no matter what your paper needs are.
I've been ordering paper from this company for the last 15 years. The owner, Mike Jacobs, has been decent for most of this time until today. Completely rude and does not care about losing customers. Terrible customer service. Ships out products giving zero F's. Sends gold foil paper in the shipment with no protection most of the time. Do not give this company any business. They literally have grown so much through the years, they don't need or deserve it. Made a complaint and instantly wants to close my account. Does not matter to me as I will never give them another dime of my money. What a joke.
We've order from them multiple times, and loved the product. This last order was not what we expected, so we returned it. THREE MONTHS LATER they have still not credited the amount or sent a check. Their customer service is terrible. Will not be ordering from them again.
DO NOT order from this company. I would give zero stars if I could. I had found a coupon code for 20% off for this brand. I was excited to order multiple rolls of paper! I got confirmation of my order and the next day I get an email that my entire order was cancelled. I then get a robotic email from someone from the company named Norma saying that the coupon code is invalid and that I need to reorder and they kept saying ‘coupon code no good sorry’ and cancelled. WHY not honor it if it went through to begin with? Norma continues to be rude via email. What a way to run a business. Customer service is everything and this company FAILS. Take your money and business elsewhere.
