Very disappointed with the customer service from Jane Plan. I emailed multiple times over a three-week period requesting cancellation of my subscription and clarification of the conversion fee from the 8-month plan to the 2-month plan, but received no response at all.
I also tried calling, reached voicemail only, and left messages which were never returned.
I’ve now had to cancel my continuous card payment with my bank simply because I’ve been unable to get any communication from the company. A real lack of customer support and very frustrating to deal with.
I await details from the company with the conversion amount and payment details.

The staff at Jane Plan are especially friendly and helpful, and I must mention Fatima who helped me with a little problem I had. The meals are lovely with lots of choices for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Something for everyone. Delivery is well organised and can be changed to suit yourself. I would 100% recommend Jane Plan.

Beware of this company. I had canceled my 2nd order with them as the food I received was very poor. Soft Mushy pasta meals, 1 lump sticky rice with no taste in the meals. Watery sauces, not a lot of meat in the dishes if any and just substandard eals altogether. The took another £366.94 out of my bank again today. When I contacted them I didn't get any satisfaction and they said I was in a subscription and had to pay even though I didn't want any more meals from them. They said I had to buy my way out of the subscription. Do not let them get their claws into you. Despicable company.

Order processed too quickly without giving me time to choose my menu. Got a lot of Indian/Chinese dinners which I don't like.
Cost too much for what is provided....around £359 for a month!?
Too much packaging, not environmentally friendly.
Loses weight, maybe, but could use other plans more economically, financially and environmentally.

Unfortunately I have been in the plan for a few weeks but this diet keeps giving me hypos with my diabetes. The other thing is I cannot open the meals. The tops are very strong.

I have been trying to contact customer service all day and no one will answer my emails or pick up the phone, we sign up for a plan and they say you cannot cancel it until the plan is complete, well guess what if you continue to ignore all contact I will just cancel my bank card and get a new one so you won’t get anything from me. We sent meals back we did not want from the set plan and they have not acknowledged receipt nor have they sent replacements so it means going out to buy more food and more food and more food experience. Do not make the mistake of signing up, all the adverts make it look great but don’t be fooled. Plus I agree with many comments the meals are not great.

So I have received a reply from Jane Plan and they have finally answered my emails this morning, I think that is mainly due to me stopping my payment for next month.
After speaking to someone this morning it appears that they are like robots and will not go outside of their scripted replies.
I aske3d if they had received my returns which were sent last week with my order number on top of the box, they said they can't fond it, so I replied with surely with my order number on the box it would have come in and the returns credited to my account, a dumb silence. I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and I was told they were off sick and would call me back if I requested it by email.
The more I deal with this company the more of a joke it is becoming.

The box arrived late but I have now been on the plan for a week. I didn't realise the sweet biscuits were only one in the packet that was disappointing, not worth having . Love the soups though, but disappointed with several meals.

Disappointed with DPL as delivered a day late - from other peoples posts this is a frequent occurrence, and I really feel Jane plan should address this.

Just starting my second month I had a meal I was disappointed in a meal and because I thought it was probably an error I decided to let Jane Plan know so they could looking into it. The same day Asha came back to me saying they were grateful I had contacted them and offering me a replacement meal in my next month’s box. These days it is good to get any response so thank you Asha. I have to say I am very pleased with the results I have - down one stone in five weeks.

I wasn't sure at first as the potions are small but ive found that they are exceptional quality and there is a huge selection. I was a little skeptical at first as it is expensive, but I have lost half a stone already and will be continuing

Thought i would give this a go, as it appeared to tick the boxes for me......... It didn't. First box arrived i was excited to try it and the food i had chosen to fit my dietary needs was so salty to taste it was inedible in 95% of what i had ordered. Ive been going back and forth with a staff member (who's name ive had to remove as jane plan complained) who is very repetitive... Probably because they are scripted and so that is not her fault. Ive been told i can use the swap out for meals... How does that work when you obviously have to open them to know you can not stomach it because its too salty. Then i was offered a pause for 3months which i took the offer, as i do not want to be spending more money on something i can not eat. I have again recently contacted jane plan to ask if the meals are likely to change or if they have looked at the salt content, to be told no. I also had a message from their Facebook page saying if you contact the nutrition team they can basically work with you to get you a plan suitable for you. They dont.... They seem quite content that 20 of the meals i could eat are bases on 2 of what they offer (pasta bolognese and korma). I have now asked for some one higher up the company to contact me to discuss waving my subscription and any get out fee. My advice is DO NOT go with jane plan unless you like salty food. Over all experience so far it extremely poor and very disappointing.
Update - as you can see from the response from Jane Plan they complained to trust pilot for me mentioning the member of staff by name yet they have done exactly that in their response 😂🤣😂🤔 cant help but think they hoped i would not change my review and that my post would be removed. Completely contradictory. As for wishing me well lets see if they genuinely mean that, still waiting for someone senior to contact me regarding waving any further payments to stop paying for something that to me is so salty in taste its unedible. Interesting to see im not the onlh person with negativity towards the taste of the food!
