It's nice to see so many different colorful and designed products. Probably you discover every time something new. Room for improvement is the lack of labelled products with vegan or vegeterian.

Shockingly bad experience. I made an order on Nov 20th. It was only shipped (allegedly) on Dec 5th. The tracking number provided doesn't exist with Japan post.
I have tried repeatedly reaching out via email, whatsapp, text, and Instagram. Have had zero response. After googling I found a lot of people with similar (or worse) experiences on reddit and also here on Trustpilot.
Here at least the company does seem to be replying by saying that they had written to people to expect delays as they moved warehouse but I checked all the correspondence and I did not get any such notification.
After ignoring my final ultimatum I've requested a chargeback from the credit card company and I hope by writing this review can save others from similar frustrations.

I ordered something on Sept 13th. I did not get it 2 months later and was told please be patient - they have tariff issues. Today - 3 MONTHS LATER- I get an email saying the product is expired so they are offering me a store credit. not a refund - a credit! Way to do business.

Me and my kids love trying all the new snacks. We might not always like everything , but some stuff we love. That's the fun in it. You learn more about other cultures. You should give it a try as well.
