Good customer is service+supply hard to find parts

Have recently bought some hard to find spigot rings manufactured by this company. Unfortunately the package arrived damaged, this was immediately rectified by the team (Guy) and a replacement was sent without hassle.

I am one to judge companies based on how they handle problems and this has been dealt with very well.

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, THEY SOLD FULL SET OF WHEELS TO ME KNOWING THEY DIDNT FIT THE CAR CORRECTLY, THE OFFSET ON THE WHEEL IS WRONG, THERE SAYING ITS NOT THERE PROBLEM, I PHONED THEM TO CONFIRM THE CORRECT FITTING TO MY CAR THE TIRES I HAD, PLUS THERE BLAMED EACH OTHER IN THE OFFICE, IM GOING TO MY BANK!
