You have made great changes with the chat features and AI Art, all while lowering the costs. You don't find that hardly ever, much respect. Now the chat tool, AMAZING.... I even use it to help me with my kids math! No, I am not a math wiz and it's not always perfect at breaking down every step, it gives me an idea on how to explain it. As a single mom, running my online store and parenting, this tool has and continues to be an invaluable life saver. I AM HUMAN AND I WROTE THIS. Just in case anyone was wondering lol

Jasper is an amazing tool! Why? Because of how well it was designed for us to interact with and produce results that will impress.
As well the walk-through videos are concise and helpful to assist when needed.

This is simply the best tool. Referred to me by a friend. Loving it! Very fast customer support. Its Sunday and I requested support, in less than 1 minute, they replied back instantly. Problem solved! thanks team Jasper.

Jasper has an issue with charging people who don't want it. I put my account on Pause as it's junk compared to what I can do with GPT or on my own without Jasper. When I found my own words from my own research papers being spewed out onto a document by Jasper, I found that to be disturbing. That's not artificial intelligence, it's stealing mine from the net and then giving it back to me which has to be one of the stupidest things I've ever paid for in my life. So, I paused it, and after a month they started charging me anyway and refused to back out the charges on an unused account. I would recommend NOBODY uses this service as Chat GPT is free or 20 bucks a month and it will do the exact same thing, just better without ripping off my research papers. I've never seen a generated response from GPT that does that, so Jasper has issues that are far beyond how they take consumers' funds from their bank accounts knowing they're unhappy. I'm not sure why I gave this two stars, it deserves zero.

.I was introduced to Jasber a little over a year ago and it was the first time ever I`d even heard about AI writing tools, it completely transformed the way I do my work and I've really been able to offer so much more value to my clients as well. I`ve also researched and tried a number of AI writing tools out there and I'm sorry to say that there is nothing out there that I could find that is as powerful as Jasber. The fact that you are able to train Jasber on the tone of voice of your brand is really a game changer - most of the tools I've tried out all just regurgitate a bunch of generic content like a sausage machine. The fact that it integrates with Surfer SEO is simply awesome as well. Anyone out there thats trying to compare chat GPT with Jasber is simply just stupid - if you are a creative writer and think you are getting the same results using Chatgpt - then you need to rethink your career options - it's not comparable and it's not the same thing. Jasber training and support has been outstanding and I will recommend Jasber to anyone.

It is a complete scam! You are not aware that the cancellation is not accepted until you have been charged 500$.

It might be that Jaspers works like a charm from an AI perspective. Nevertheless, after four days of trial, I decided to get another subscription.
So, I canceled my trial run two days before the subscription started. Unfortunately, I did not notice on my credit card until more than seven days after they had invoiced me for one year of subscription. Now I learned that when you try to cancel your trial run, you cannot do it before it ends, or you will still be invoiced... So - be careful unless you want the subscription,... Make sure to check your invoice to make sure the cancellation has been accepted

I am very pleased with Jasper.ai. I highly recommend it.
It is an excellent platform with great templates and helpful tools.

set up free trial, tried it for few days but when i tried loggin back on to jasper, relaised that they re-registered same email as new, so i was unable to get back into my account, and charged me full year subscription now they claim that account never existed but cant explain why they billed me £356.

It's OK I mean it's not bad I feel like ChatGPT kind of kills this thing. Outputs are heavily detected by AI. If you use chat, GPT, I feel like this thing is kind of useless

They charged me $468 for an annual plan that I had no clue about and got no notice or anything and only noticed it from inspecting my credit card records. Horrible business practices. I did not even use it once and they refuse to provide a refund within a month of the charge that I was unaware about. STAY AWAY

Horrible deceptive practices. Stay away. They keep charging after you cancel their services. They just downgrade it to a different one.

I canceled my subscription before the end of the trial period and I was still charged. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! Give me back my money!!!!

I am using Jasper for almost 4 months. So far I don't have any issues.

They tried to charge my creditcard right after i signed for free trial to just try it. Luckily i didnt have money on account otherwise they would take whole year subscribtion which is stealling, and police cyber crime police department should be allerted about this company.
product is rubbish.

Had a lot of fun with this tool, the fact that it's getting better and smarter everyday is impressive. I forgot my free trial had ended, got charged, and Jasper refunded me in ONE MINUTE. They've definitely listened to customers and ramped up their service level. I recommend everyone who has their own business to try this tool out, there are multiple ways you can use it to save you time or make money flat out.

I've tried to cancel the service multiple times and they continue to charge me. It also wasn't a useful solution, hence the reason for cancelation.

We tested it for short copy like social media, email copy, blog introductions, and all, but it it didn't do the trick. For instance - social media options are limited to Instagram & TikTok captions. Email copy needs us to write it while the software simply rearranges.

Would not recommend.

Took money after the trial period and sent NO notification.
Attempted to cancel the subscription as the product was not as good as I hoped. Then just today I check my credit card receipt and realise I have been charged 59 dollars since March (Now June) with no permission, no invoice/ email sent and no notification. Tried to get assistance through Jasper chatbot with no luck, Jasper customer support non existent, 4 emails sent requesting to cancel subscription asking why moneys had been taken after it was cancelled. No answer. Really really upset about this. I havent even been on my account since March and I have had to pay 240 dollars for a service I have not used. Terrible!

Horrific company. Their affiliate program is a joke and they owe me nearly £300. hey kick you outt for ficticious reasons just as they are about to pay out.

Avoid this company they are scam artists and you can get a much better product free with chatgpt.

They deserve to be im jail.
