Shame to see other bad reviews me personally I have never had a problem! In my eyes this company is the best company out there. On each order it has arrived next day, you have a 365 days to return, and my returns have been refunded immediately at a speed like no other company I have seen done. My last order was May ish I think but I only just got around to returning, I printed off my label no hardship.. but guess maybe if you had no printer? So sticky label would be a nice touch, but then kept forgetting to send back. Anyway sent back last week and money back in my account quickest I've seen. And same for previous orders. Plus they use Collect Plus which is great as you have free tracking and I feel secure in the knowledge my parcel is with them!
KEEP up good work Javari and you will stand out from the rest... which in my eyes you already do!

I ordered a pair of burgundy converse, and they were so cheap (£27 instead of £50), delivery was also very good. However, there is a hole (as if it has been gnawed by a hamster) in the laces, but I can easily buy a pair of laces to replace them.

I ordered a pair of croc boots at a good price and duly waited for them to arrive. When they had not arrived a couple of days after their due date I tracked them with the Hermes courier and it only said Order Generated, nothing about being dispatched. When I contacted Javari, they immediately replied saying the package was lost and gave me a refund without any enquiry. I thought was a bit strange as they were only a bit late and I hadn't requested a refund as I wanted my boots. After contacting them again I was told the package had been returned to them as undeliverable because the label was blurred but they were unable to send them back to me and I would have to order again from the website. When I went on the website to reorder, lo and behold the price had nearly doubled! A coincidence or a load of old rubbish? I am really disappointed with them especially as they are now part of Amazon who have always had excellent customer service.

I ordered a pair of Timberland boots, size 11, I received size 11.5 so returned them and ordered another pair of size 11's thinking a simple mistake.
These duly arrived,another size 11.5 so called Javari who said there was a problem in their fulfillment center and they would investigate and call back,they didn't.
Ordered a replacement and guess what another size 11.5.
Another call to Javari ( who don't seem to understand what you tell them ) who said problem was sorted, so ordered again, another pair of 11.5 arrived.
so 4 pairs of wrong size boots.
Only good points fast delivery and decent price ( if you get what you ordered )

Woah, I ordered my shoes at 4.30 yesterday (Tues) afternoon, it's now 11.15 (Wed) and my order has just been delivered. Even better, I paid for my shoes through my Amazon account so no having to set up yet another online account.

I live in Italy and I received my wonderful shoes in less than one week..very quick deliver! no deliver taxes!
My shoes (Camper) have a very cheap price if compared to the price in Italy.
I will recommend Javary to everyone. very good company.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that I had found cheaper on Javari then read reviews about them and worried what I had done! There are a couple of bad reviews so I was concerned about my order but there was no need.
I ordered Monday and they were delivered together well packaged on the Wednesday.
No problems whatsoever, I would absolutely use again.

Ordered boots on Sunday they were delivered on Tuesday 08;30 am. Excellent communication, best price for boots on internet. This is first time I have purchased from Javari but will not be the last. I will recommend to all my friends.

I have bought footwear a number of times from javari and intend to carry on using them in the future, delivery and returns are both free, for returning items you can either print off labels from your own computer or you can get them to phone you (immediate callback) and they will send you returns labels. Delivery is very quick, and the vast majority of the footwear is cheaper than you will find it anywhere else (when I am looking for a specific shoe or boot I will google it so I can compare prices online). You can't go wrong.

HI ORDERED TWO ITEMS FROM THIS SITE ,EXPENSIVE ITEMS ,NOTHING RECEIVED AT ALL ,CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE NON ENGLISH SPEAKING ,WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER I FIND THIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE .I WOULD ADVISE TRY OTHER WESBITES .WILL NEVER USE AGAIN .TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND EMAIL REPLIES VERY VAGUE AND NONSENSE TOO.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers and 5 pairs of wellies from this site. The wellies arrived the next day and the trainers the day after. Decided to keep only one pair of trainers and return the rest as didn't fit well. Looked on their returns centre and here the downside to using this site becomes apparent:
1. You have to print all returns labels yourself. Nice money saver for them.
2. Their website states "It takes about 3-5 business days for return packages to arrive. You will receive a refund 7-14 business days after we receive your return." So that means it could be nearly 1 MONTH before your items are refunded!!
3. Whilst the trainers got a free returns label, for all the wellies the site told me to pay for the returns myself and it would be refunded. That wasn't clear on ordering at all and means I'll have to fork out about £35 in returns postage costs which hopefully will eventually be refunded.
For these reasons I wouldn't order from this site again. The nature of the product means that you are likely to be returning quite a bit of the order and it's too much hassle.

Update: The returns and postage were actually processed and refunded quite quickly so I've increased my rating to 3 stars. I still wouldn't use again though.

Extremely professional organisation to deal with. I have purchased many pairs of shoes from this company, they arrive quickly and well packaged and are always accurate in their images and descriptions. Their Customer Services are so helpful and on the one rare occasion I had a problem, it was dealt with within minutes! Would recommend this company to anyone with a shoe weakness.
