First time buying from Jaycotts and I could not be more please. The delivery was super quick and even though I had to send some patterns back (I bought the wrong size), the returns and refund were processed so quickly.

Jaycotts is a wonderful company all through the pandemic they have been serving customers. All the orders I have placed have come within a couple of days. When I discovered a pattern I got from them had the some of the wrong sizes they were quick to rey and sent me a replacement pattern free of charge which arrived the following day. Can't praise them high enough. Will certainly be buying plenty more from them. Thank you Jaycotts for your wonderful customer service.

I live in southern Spain where sewing supplies are sparce so we depend heavily on international delivery from uk sources. That said, we also need a variety of supplies, to trust suppliers and the delivery. I'd never bought from Jaycotts previously so took a chance. From ordering through to delivery I was informed of every step with constant emails and text and my order arrived within the week and within the hour stated! Fantastic service and variety to pick from. I will definitely be back and so will everyone I have told down here in Spain

Excellent service. I live in Ireland and the overseas mail is quite erratic during lockdown but my order arrived in two days. I've received slower deliveries from companies in the next town. Jaycotts have won a repeat customer!

Really pleased with the service I received. The website has a great selection of sewing patterns, and order arrived much quicker than I had expected (ordered on 19/10 and received today on 21/10). Will definitely use again in the future.

honestly Terrible service

Not only did they have a item on there site that was not in stock. When I ordered it took them THREE weeks to arrange delivery (they held my money in this time I could have ordered elsewhere.) and after all that on the day of delivery they have said they are unable to make a delivery because my PayPal home phone was linked to my old house. Honestly the biggest waste of time won't be ordering from them again and I hope no one else makes the same mistake as me

I placed my first order with Jaycotts just a few days ago and I want to say how impressed I was with the whole purchase experience.

Once I place my order I received email confirming my purchase and then received my order really quickly (I think it was within 2 days).
Inside my order was an invoice explaining that one of the items wasn't available but it would sent as soon as it was back in stock. I then received an email pretty much straight away to inform me that the rest of my order was on it's way and it arrived today.

Very pleased with prompt answer to question about good quality pins, which resulted in an order by return! Pins were delivered very quickly and lived up to their described quality.

I phoned Jaycotts about microtex needles, which I haven't used before. They were able to give expert advice and posted them out quickly so that they arrived in a couple of days of my call. I've found them to be so helpful over the years, but especially during the lockdown when I've had to buy without seeing the products. Whether you order online or by phone, they are helpful and respond quickly.
