I have been sent an email and asked to write a review for my experience with JD Lighting. I have placed an order on the 15th of May. Website has advised that my order will leave warehouse in few days. 10 days ago I rang JD Lighting following up on the order. Staff member has advised that it should leave Brisbane warehouse Tuesday last week. Today is Tuesday 17th of May. Lights have not arrived yet. I find 2 things frustrating here. First, we all understand that there are delays in deliveries with the Covid and all the difficulties that have occurred. JD lighting has not contacted my once advising of the delay. If I know I will have to wait for a month (so far ) for the order I would not ordered it. Secondly, it was the attitude of the lady who I have spoken with me. Now I have been asked to review the business before I even receive my order. It says a lot about integrity of the business. I am business owner myself and it is critically important for me to make sure my customers, my employees, and my suppliers are heard, understood and supported. So, if anyone reds this review from JD lighting can you please advise me if i will ever receive the lights.

Bought a light from JD lighting the service was quite quick. I haven’t got it connected as yet because we are not up to that stage just yet, but I trust it will be okay
Ceiling fans
Product is good but delivery time and updates of delivery time was not good. Almost 6 months to be delivered. I know COVID had a lot to do with this but I was not advised of this lengthy delay at time of purchase. I also had to keep calling for updates as delivery time kept getting pushed back.
