Rocker arm stud broke in my Edelbrock…

Rocker arm stud broke in my Edelbrock head and it was a warranty issue. They supposedly sent it out but didn’t. Days went by and three phone calls and no one knows nothing. Week and half later they tell me they would check
with Edelbrock and have to wait for an answer. I’ve given Jegs thousands of dollars you would think they would just ship it right out, no I have to jump through hoops. Well the hell with them called summit and just payed for it got it in two days. Summit gets my money from now on

THIS PLACE HAS GONE TO HELL OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS I'VE BEEN BUYING FROM JEGS SINCE 1993 AND SPENT ALOT OF MONEY BUT THEY HAVE SEEN MY LAST DOLLAR I WILL USE SUMMIT FROM NOW ON, YOU LOST A GRAET CUSTOMER JEGS

Besides the fact that to get tech…

Besides the fact that to get tech assistance usually means being on hold for an hour, here is my story
I ordered two Russel performance ( from the terrible Edelbrock group), carb to fuel line hit for Gm car using a QudraJet carb, the carb fitting Russel supplies did not fit my 1991 Gm QudraJet equipped 454 Chevy , even though it listed tgat it fit from 74’ on up…WRONG! The fitting that they supplied that threads into fuel bowl on one end and converts to a #6 AN ON THE OTHER WAS THE WRING DIAMETER FOR MY FUEL BOWL( carb side) the Jegs tech guy took 20 minutes to comprehend what I was explaining. I then told him I can make Jegs and Russell’s mistake “right”!if they supplied to 3/8” not flare to #6 AN IF THEY OR RUSSEL WOULD SUPPLY THEM OR PERHAPS DO THW RIGHT THING AND GRAB Russel performance and shake them down for the right part. Unfortunately, Jegs did neither, instead I had to buy two fittings, plain cad steel( the rest of the kit is anodized AN, so rhe wow factor is gone) and pay full price and tax/shipping!!! What kind of customer service is this??? Never again Jegs and never again anything from Edelbrock after many years of using products by them and the manufactures under their cooperate umbrella as I’ve had nothing but horror stories from that group, but Jegs had an opportunity to make this right and dropped the ball!

Don't buy from jegs

I ordered wheel spaces. The guy wasn't rude and short. Didn't explain that there were 5 in a package so I ordered more. I had to pay double shipping and get a 15% return fee. I never buy from them again. I don't care if I have to pay more. And the second person I talked to didn't specify that there were 5 in a pack.

First time buyer

First time buyer. Suckered into ordering parts due to supposed avaialability ie showing near term shipping dates. Checked order a few days later and shipping for part 1 was delayed 2 months so cancelled order. Part #2 was a simple small part (pin) that was already shipped unfortunately, so could not cancel . Was charged full shipping fee of $15 for and $8 dollar part, but showed up JIT.
Supply chain nightmare for businesses so constant changes and updates for suppliers is a hardship for business dealings and projected availability. Got a pump one year after order from another supplier, but no charges until they called and confirmed continued interest. Good CS
Jegs did refund my fees for the delayed part. They have a fair price. A reorder, if onsidered, would have to be met with free shipping based on my purchase circumstances. Like to give people a second chance when possible

I purchased bedlift early Nov

I purchased bedlift early Nov. Said would ship in 2 days. I wait a week and got nothing. Finally get email saying it will ship week later. I look on website it says back.ordered. I get another email saying ahippingnis delayed again. After 4 weeks of waiting I start calling Jegs to cancel order. When and if you ever get to a live person I was told that I would have to call back Monday to cancel. Fastforward to today...Monday. called to cancel order. Spent 15 minutes waiting for live person since there isn't an order cancel option to chose. Person tells me they will send cancel notice to customer service and even had attitude. I will not use Jegs anymore. Summit will keep my business.

You can talk all the crap you want on…

You can talk all the crap you want on jegs, but let me tell you there technical support is off the chain. They actually answer the phone and follow up on your order unlike many many other sites. They are top notch. I want to give a shout out to Wyatt in technical support! He is awesome and took care of me as well as the rest of the team that forwarded me to him.

Not that they care.
They don't even read these reviews or respond to them.
The internet provides them a limitless supply of unsuspecting csutomers so what should they?
My beef: they don't read their shipping instructions.
if your order contains a drop-shipped item and you have special instuctions, COUNT on it they will NOT be followed.

Don't work at this place which is trash. Just because someone forgets in one week to do something on there F key function they still use you fire then for asking a question. God forbid tje trainer who has worked there for 20 years if you are a male she will get snappy at you for asking a question. Example the female who was in training next me asked several questions about what she needed to do compared to me forgetting one thing asking the trainer so called Chrissy Christina about a deposit I was pulled into the office saying it was not getting the training not just me several people on indeed zip Recruiter saying the same thing about there training not good. So God forbid you ask a question you will get fired looks like there trainer already had it in for me already when she was so nice into helping the person in training next me who was a female asked several questions on how to do her job trai er was kind enough to do so but when it came to me she cooked up an attitude snappy like if you do not want to do you're job as a trainer you should be there it's called asking questions you cannot expect for some to get something in one week look at you're so called training and then saying the reason you live fast is because you have a customer to take care of ok where is you're training at then idiot I think it's bias considering the only one in tje training class who was a male she was snappy at me several times for no regard she would be working on a project for the company and not train us lol who does this you should ne training us we are in the training room lol and you are not training us lol really because you are to busy working on orders you're self dumb ass people man workers saying the something about jeggs and there messed up policy ad well on parts don't wast you're money or working time on this dumb company

You will never receive your product…

You will never receive your product through Jegs. My order arrived 1 week later than expected, and it was not what I had ordered. I received a soft top for an entirely different vehicle. The box was totally destroyed. After an hour of taping the box up, I went through the exchange process and sent it back. I didn’t hear anything for 1.5 weeks, and when I did, it was to notify me that the product I had originally ordered won’t be delivered til next year. Absolutely terrible experience.

Bought a transmission in 2021 for a…

Bought a transmission in 2021 for a project I was doing . Never got to it before warranty ran out . Transmission lasted 2 miles made a loud noise and wouldn’t move anymore. Called a tech they said while installing pump they must of pinched an o ring but they won’t make it good. $2500 and still no transmission. I’ve spent a lot of money there but I guess that doesn’t matter. In the future I will go somewhere else that cares about their customers.
