I was extremely disappointed with my…

I was extremely disappointed with my begonia sparkle order, 19 instead of 24 in another box 22 not 24. They were supposed to be jumbo plants, I have seen plug plants bigger, then my begonias arrived not much better. I would like a complete refund as these plants are not going to make it, the customer service is none existant, I certainly will not be ordering anything from them in the future

Not good product.

I would not use this company.Begonia plants I received were meant to be garden ready, but were too small to plant directly. They arrived damaged, a lot broken in transit.Some are tiny,with no hope of survival. I have tried to register my complaint,but have so far had no acknowlegement but I will keep trying.

Shocking plants

I would never use this company again. Ordered plants at the beginning of April, they arrived at the end of May. I order jumbo geraniums. They finally turned up, completely smashed to pieces at one end of the box. They were tiny saplings, despite the website saying the jumbo plants will be in bud or flowering and ready to plant out. They were also completely dried out. I managed to salvage half of them, but by the next morning only three of those were still alive. They’re so tiny they won’t be anywhere near big enough to plant out til next Spring. Shame I can’t attach a picture!
I’ve emailed, sent pictures and asked for a refund but given the other reviews on here I doubt I’ll hear anything. Never again.

Absolutely shocking.

Bought and paid for hanging baskets on 20 April For mid May delivery. Have received nothing.
I have emailed twice and received no reply. I want to cancel my order but I have no idea how as nobody answers the phone or emails.
I appreciate that most things will take a little longer than usual because of the current circumstances we all find ourselves in but, more than a month with no update is quite ridiculous.

Dreadful service and awful products.

My husband ordered jumbo and ordinary geraniums. What eventually arrived was a tray of tiny seedlings (ordinary) and, the jumbo were just leggy baby seedlings. The offer of a refund is rubbish as he has been unable to contact the firm by email or telephone to return the plants. We would never recommend this company to anybody. Very disappointing.

ORDERED PLANTS ON 25TH APRIL FOR MID…

ORDERED PLANTS ON 25TH APRIL FOR MID MAY ADVISED DELIVERY.
CHASED ORDER UP ON 17TH & RECEIVED ASSURANCE THEY WOULD BE WITH ME BY THE END OF THE MONTH LATEST. TODAY 29TH OF MAY, DESPITE EMAILING & PHONING I COULD GET NO REPLY, DID MANAGE TO GET THROUGH AROUND 4.0PM OPNLY TO BE TOLD THEY ARE NOW CLOSED SO I WILL BE CANCELLING MY ORDER

I orderd 4 hanging baskets from this…

I orderd 4 hanging baskets from this company.They came yesterday and there 3 plants in each in basket!!! what a rip off.I orderd them becasue the photos of them shows then in fullbloom with at least 6 plants in them.Never again will i order from here.I have paid much less for much nice and fuller baskets.Oh well you live and learn.My lesson learned is never to use this company again!!

Its a real shame this company is…

Its a real shame this company is getting poor reviews. I have consistently bought ready planted hanging baskets and there very well wrapped and never had any problem. Bedding plants hit and miss. Usually due to poor delivery where they have been handled poorly. Geraniums in one box perfect in the other completely all over the place a real shame. I've always found customer service great and always polite because you can't keep giving refunds every time a delivery driver or other persons can't be careful in dealing with the package. I know the plants come all the way from Jersey so you can't expect perfection. I also notice now delivery charge has been added which is a shame because now you can complain if the plants are all over the place in the box.

Very poor geranium plants

Geranium plants delivered in very poor condition, yellow and dried out and regrettably not worth planting. I have requested a refund and will not be using this firm again. I have had no problems with other suppliers.

Always had good service and healthy plants

I have been using Jersey Plants for a few years now and have never had a problem with any of the plants I have received. This year as usual I ordered my plants early February, 170bedding begonias, 170 Imara Busy Lizzie, 70 Petunias, 12 jumbo fuchsias and a mystery plant pack. All but the mystery plants were delivered before the pandemic, they were all received very well packed and in excellent condition. The mystery pack was received last week and again well packed and in excellent condition. Post is slow at the moment and lots of companies are struggling with only half a work force, plus the restrictions in place for people who are still working are slowing things down even more all at the busiest time of the year for bedding plants. I will still use jersey plants next year.

Disappointed

We ordered some antirrhinum in March they arrived today,most of them were out of the tray and at least 7 were broken and only fit for the bin,if these were supposed to be jumbo size,I dread to think was size the large would be,I have been trying to contact them by email and phone no joy I will never be using them again

I received and e mail saying that plants would be dispatched within 2 weeks this was 7 weeks after ordering 2 days later got email saying order cancelled money would be refunded 4 weeks later still waiting for money to be returned will never use them again

Disappointed

I ordered 170 busy Lizzies which took an eternity to come, if it has said on the website that the plants weren’t ready and I’d have to wait then it may have made things slightly better. I also purchased a mystery summer box. Then the busy Lizzies finally arrived they were minuscule and extremely hard to get out the tray. I took extreme care but have still lost at least a third of the plants and the ones left aren’t the best quality. Then my ‘mystery summer box’ arrived.....,, what an utter disappointment!! 12 sweet pea plugs that had been flung into a cardboard box. They were all tangled up like spaghetti and bent and broken. So disappointed, I won’t use this company again and I would urge others not to waste their time and money either. Plenty other businesses out there

Dire....avoid ...

The quality of these plants and the packaging is dire.....70 petunias ordered...arrived really small, 15 dead. No refund offered.... 70 lobelia arrived after a 6 week wait....unusable, refund promised but hasnt appeared. 70 more petunias I I cancelled as were not available until mid june...no refund received yet.. 70 mimulus arrived...so minute hardly usable...complained no refund offered. Total spend was over £70 for mostly leggy minute plants lots damaged....and a long long wait for delivery...do not use his company..
...still chasing some refund.

Ordered ‘jumbo’ bizzie Lizzie plants…

Ordered ‘jumbo’ bizzie Lizzie plants back in March. They finally arrived last week. A tiny box with some bubble wrap and the smallest plants I’ve ever seen. Watered them and left them before planting and feeding. Three have already virtually disappeared even though they were supposed to be ready to plant. Can’t tell you how disappointed I am having waited two months . The worst thing is I have also ordered a hanging basket which hasn’t yet arrived and for which I am now very fearful. Can’t help think that the Company have been greedy and taken more orders they can cope with. The only good thing is that it has kept the neighbours amused in difficult times.

AVOID the seller at all cost

AVOID the seller at all cost. Ordered plants 2 months ago not had them. They of course took my money. You cannot contact them no response to email no phone number awful customer service. This company should close itself down immediately and stop ripping of customers. AVOID AVOID thats the advice.

Extremely disappointed would never use again

Extremely disappointed. I chased up delivery date several times but as phone lines were closed down could only send emails all of which I got ‘we are busy and will get back to you’. I never got any response. I emailed again to say as they had taken so long we were moving and could they redirect. I got a response to say that details had been updated. I continued to chase up delivery to be told they had been dispatched. They never came so chased again to be told they had been delivered to my old house. As the new owners have not moved in the plants just sat on the doorstep and died. I asked if I could have some replacement tomato plants as they were for my very elderly in laws who are in their 90s to be told no. I even offered to meet some of the cost. What made me laugh was the email saying my details had been updated was sent on 7th May but I was then told they had been actually delivered on the 2nd May. If I had been informed of delivery as most other companies do I would have got my daughter to collect them. Shoddy service if they had only just met me half way. Would not recommend.
