I was so happy when Jeudan took over the parking garage where we live, as I thought that we were finally going to get a fair treatment compared to what we had for years with APCOA.
So, they take over the garage the 1st of January and we kept paying 3 months in advance, because we were already customers under a contract with the previous company (APCOA). While they install their parking system, anybody else can just park in the garage without paying. It took 2.5 months to finalize the system (and have free parking in the meanwhile). Fair enough, we would have paid anyways.
Now we are moving to a new apartment and we need to stop our contract and Jeudan said that their conditions will be more fair and therefore we will have a current month + 1-month notice period to cancel the contract, but only from April on. Now we need to cancel it from 1st of May but it is not possible, because today we are still on the 3-month contract and if we stop it at the 1st of April we will have to pay the current month plus 1 month of notice. Great flexibility offered to their clients.
Well done, Jeudan, you gave us a smooth transition from APCOA to your services. I am happy we are moving.

EDIT: We talked again to Jeudan that decided to accommodate our needs and stop our contract at the end of April. This was very nice of them, and not at all required by the contract.

I’ve rented a lot of offices on multiple continents over the years and have never had such consistently negative experiences as I have with Jeudan: From unprofessional and rude interactions with staff to their interpretation of the lease contract loosely - and in their favor - with the deposit as leverage. I know that in the future I would definitely try to avoid doing business with them and would advise anyone I cared about to do the same.

So far they have been a great landlord! Jeudan helped where ever they could and we always found a solution. They exceeded our expectations!

Avoid this company, they are just lying and take advantage of the foreigners. Run as fast as you can from them, they don't care you.

Be careful if you try to rent with them. I had the worst experience with them in the last 5 years renting flats in Copenhagen. We signed a contract and pay the full deposit for a 90 m2, 3 rooms apartment in Bisiddervej. But then, the apartment was just 70 m2, and only 2 rooms. They blamed us, and the options were take it or leave, without any real alternative. They did a huge mistake and they took advantage of us as foreigners as we do not know the law here. On top of that, they delayed the starting date of the contract 2 months without reason. Be careful and check every single step in the process in great detail. Never trust them.
