I hadn’t heard of the company before, but checked independent reviews and ordered a silver band ring. I’m very pleased with it and the price compares very well to similar (identical, I think) rings elsewhere. Good size range. Easy to use website. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived promptly and all ok excellent price for 3 gold earrings

I bought a gorgeous gold chain necklace with a disc pendant. It was genuinely so beautiful, petite and delicate.
Sadly, it broke after 4 months of wear. I was pretty devastated, because it was so lovely and was a gift from my partner.
Anyway... I thought I'd contact customer support, to see about repairing it. Kundan was fantastic! I explained how important the necklace was, took a photo of the broken chain and Kundan promised that if I sent just the chain, Jewellerybox would either try to repair it or send a new chain free of charge.
A few days later, I posted the broken chain and then within less than a week, a new chain came through the post. Honestly, I was gobsmacked by how generous the company was with helping me with something that was quite expensive!
Thank you all so much, I'll definitely be purchasing from you guys again in the future. :)

The website is very informative with super, clear pictures of the items.
My locket is very well made, weighty and looks of great quality.
The charms are clearly seen and of great quality.

I needed new backs for my daughter’s stud earings. I didn’t know you could get various sizes . The ones I selected came packaged very well, I was impressed by the packaging and the back of the stud earrings were perfect and fit just right. I will definitely be back in future if I need any jewellery items

Great company. Bought a ring for my son for Christmas but when it arrived I realised I had measured incorrectly. This wasn’t a problem for Jewellery Box. Customer service was superb. I returned the ring and they swapped it for a larger size and posted straight back out. The ring itself looks lovely and I’m sure my teen son will be made up with the gift. Will definitely be buying more for this company and recommending.
