Ordered some 16mm ear rings. Received 13.5mm,not a big difference to some people but they were what my partner wanted. I would have thought checking of dispatching items was standard nowadays.

I’m so glad I came across this website! I lost my grandad early this year and been searching for someone to create his fingerprint onto jewellery. I ordered two and they are incredible! Left a one star because I am unable to leave zero stars. Ordered a necklace on 19/9/25 ordered and paid for had an email of confirmation paid for 24 hr delivery had an email approx 4 hours later say they could not find the item in their warehouse this was on the Friday And they would do a search on the Monday this is the first time using this company and the last.

After reviewing your case, we can fully understand your frustration about the product ordered being out of stock. It is very rare that we cannot locate items that show as available online, so when this happens we treat it as a matter of urgency. We carried out a vast search of our warehouse but unfortunately were unable to find the item. As soon as we had agreed upon a resolution with you, the order was cancelled and refunded.
We apologise for the time passed between you placing the order and us informing you of the situation, we wanted to be sure it was not just misplaced before confirming the cancellation with you.
