We had all our windows replaced and a door. We are very pleased with them. We would like to thank Kyle and Andy for their speedy installation and efficiency. Highly recommend Jewel.

The whole process from initial survey to installation was quick, really simple and painless, with regular communication updates. Barry, the fitter, clearly knew his job as he removed the old door and frame, and fitted the new ones on his own. It looks wonderful. I will definitely use Jewel for any similar jobs in future.

The windows look great - much better than I had imagined. The whole process was easy and straightforward - sales man not at all pushy, surveyor quick and efficient and the fitters were all polite and left everything tidy every afternoon. Matt and Andy were here for the whole job with Beano in towards the end and I’m very happy with their work and professionalism. I’d definitely use Jewel again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Upgraded all windows & a door, good experience beginning with friendly not pushy sales man , quoted price cheaper than expected. Nice surveyor. Two great chatty installers Kev & Dan , worked non stop on a pretty hot day. nearly finished, came back next day at 5.30pm to finish my job after working all day on another one. Dedication
They cleared all the rubbish up too.
Very pleased with new windows, they look great. One little niggle, I have a three window bay, one sill is flat & can have ornaments on it the other two not.

It took a while before the six windows were ready and we could agree a date for installation. They were worth waiting for - these heritage sash style windows look excellent. The fitters knew what they were doing and handled an impressive volume of work over two days. Reinstatement was limited to some minor paintwork on wood where the old secondary frames were removed. Overall we are happy with the quality and the value for money.

I needed to replace all the windows in my house, and get a new front door and French doors!! I looked around at a few local companies but Jewel stood out from everyone else. They were quick off the mark throughout the whole process, their communication couldn't be faulted at all, and the install team were highly skilled, really polite and never said no to a cuppa!! They made sure that at the end of each day they left everything clean and tidy too. I would highly recommend Jewel!

Our fitters Matt & Andy were great. Arrived on time, tidied up after themselves, worked non stop and were keen to ensure we were happy with the progress of the work undertaken. One small issue arose and they went out of their way to relay our concerns and even offered to visually show us two solutions so we could make an informed decision on how to go forward. Would highly recommend!

We had used Jewel Windows some years back for a new front door. The project did not go well at all and caused many issues. When looking for new windows recently I decided to give them another go as I like to support local companies. They assured me that procedures had improved and they wanted the opportunity to recover from the past incompetence and poor service. From the first meeting with the sales rep James, we were impressed. He was very knowledgeable and draw up many images for us to help decide. The process from there was straight forward. The fitting was quick and very efficient. Andy and Kyle did their very best to avoid any damage to my interior decor and quickly put right anything which was damaged on removing the old frames. The house looks so much better and the windows are brilliant quality. They have restored my faith in Jewel Windows and I wish them every success for the future.

Kyle and Andy arrived for their days work at 7 40 raring to go. Very few snags but all the work was neatly done in a very efficient way fuelled by sweet tea.
Very pleased with result.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to our fitter David J who finished our front door this afternoon. There had been a couple of mistakes with the order, but he made sure it was sorted very quickly and did a brilliant job of getting the door fitted. The finish is great and he made sure everything was how we wanted it. Thanks David!
The sales team was also really helpful, and the company managed to get the door ordered and fitted quickly.

Kyle and Andy were exceptional for us, the service and finish they provided with our windows was amazing. Would strongly recommend them to anyone looking at replacing their windows
