The best price i could find for the Woodware Crafty Edger. Excellent service, the item was dispatched very promptly.
Very pleased with my purchase.

I found JGD had a very good range of parchment craft tools, including the white lead for mechanical pencil. I ordered the goods over the weekend and they arrived within a couple of days. The website was very easy to use as was the payment system of Paypal!!! Will definitely be using them again for any parchment craft tools I require.

The product came the next day, which was unexpected and very good! It was packaged well and was really well priced.

I only gave the 4 stars because the attachments for the Screw Punch are a little tight so can be difficult to attach.

However, there was no problem with JGD Crafts themselves and am very happy with the service.

My order was delivered quickly, best prices I've seen on the internet, everything you could possible want on one site. I'm a frequent visiter and purchaser.

I can only comment on my general impression of this business.This was my first order,unfortunately I have not received the product I ordered yet, it was ordered on 4th March, it's now the 11th March.
I placed orders for craft products with other companies after this one and received them within 1-2 days.
I have not contacted the business as I am aware of the vagaries of the postal service. I was surprised to receive an email asking for my opinion when apart from the initial acknowledgement email I have received no communication so don't know whether the order has been despatched.

I have ordered from JGD before and the order was sent here in Spain. I wanted to order some things and have them sent to my son in England to save the postage as I will be seeing him next week. Every time I tried to get an alternative delivery address it added on european postage, so ended up having it sent here anyway. Can´t tell you if everything is OK with the order (apart from 2 items which I have now been told are out of stock) as the package hasn´t arrived yet.

The product I wanted was out of stock, and I couldn't get it anywhere else so clicked on email me when it comes back in. A few days later I had an email telling me it was back in.
Because the item was over £10 I got free delivery too!
