Good service
Clear website so I knew what I was ordering was what I needed. The product was despatched almost immediately and arrived when they said it would [Royal Mail]. The notes that the firm provided about it being a newer version were very helpful. The replacement part is now fitted and doing what it is supposed to do. Thank you.

incorrect advice
Before ordering, I phoned to double check size of product (triangular key for Gewiss electricity distribution board) - I was assured by sales assistant that it was definitely much smaller than the normal meter box keys. When I received the product, I found that it was a standard meter box key size (so totally useless to me). the company agreed to refund the money, but only if I post it back - not practical due to low cost.
I have wasted money due to poor advice from the company
