Great value speaker cable
I ordered a 100m reel of 79 strand speaker cable, after checking the tech spec with a customer support person at J Harries to make sure it was as good value as I thought it was. I placed my order and it was delivered within a few days. Excellent service and great value, as this cable is the same spec as much more expensive cable from high end brands.

Goods arrived within a few days
Goods arrived within a few days. Unfortunately they were incorrect to requirements and therefore returned. The amount charged was credited in full with no argument. Just a shame they were not as advertised on line.

Quick cheap fix
Needed a bathroom inline extractor fan timer board to replace one that was blown and tripping electrics. Harries supplied an exact replacement, quick delivery, easy to fit, quick cheap fix that avoided changing whole fan unit.

We are sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than expected, however we believe this was in part down to the fact that you placed your order on a Saturday, our delivery estimates do state "2-3 working days", therefore your order would not have been processed until the Monday, as per our delivery terms. However, we would still have expected it to reach you by the Wednesday at the latest, but as you selected the Royal Mail delivery option, this is out of our control once the item has been shipped. Sorry that our service didn't meet your expectations on this occasion, and we hope you are at least happy with the product. Those replacement timer boards are excellent! Kind regards JHarries

Ordered online and a short while later I was phoned to ask when I needed delivery. It was delivered about 3 hours after ordering.
Easy ordering easy delivery, easy connecting it myself.
If you are local to the store make sure you order from them.
