Not a 5 star experience
Felt safe leaving our car there while on vacation; however, we had to walk From our parking spot to the valet parking area to get picked up and when boarding the shuttle the driver didn’t ask us what our parking spot number was along with not giving us a reminder card with our parking spot written on it. Thankfully we remembered our parking spot when returning.

Cost is very reasonable
Cost is very reasonable. Getting the shuttle from the parking area to airport is very convenient. The area of improvement would be the wait time getting from the airport back to the lot. We always seem to be waiting the longest at the pickup islands for our shuttle.

Everything easy
Great location across from a hotel with a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. We paid online, then got into the parking lot easily and found a parking place. We walked to our motel for an overnight stay When we returned from our trip we were picked up quickly, taken to our car and we left. All good. All easy.

Not as good as normal
Typically I use Jiffy all the time when flying in and out of Seatac for work. Ends up being a few trips a month, but they make it easy, the lot is safe and the drivers have been great in shuttling too and from the airport. This time was different. The driver was rude and seemed "put out" that we were using the shuttle and had bags. When dropping us off at our spot, typically the drivers take us to our car and help get the bags off. This time, he stopped at the end of the row (19 spots away from our car) and sat in the chair waiting for us to unload. Not a "huge" deal, honestly, but just not what we've been accustomed to with Jiffy to this point. Hopefully just a guy having a bad day or overly busy, but struck us as the first time we've gotten poor service and since this review request is about the RECENT experience, had to give lower stars than I normally would.

Good shuttle service
Very easy drop off for vehicle. Shuttle service frequency was good. My only comment would be to have signage at unmanned entry gate to call a number or have prominent intercom in case there are entry issues.

Safe and Easy Airport Parking
Very easy to book online and catch a great deal. Parked and was at my terminal in minutes. Cheaper to park here than at actual airport. The process was smooth and very convenient , will definitely do this again!
