Jiffy Airport Parking - Seattle Reviews 

We called when we got to the pick-up spot and no van for 5 minutes or so. We still waited 20 minutes for a pick-up. Should have had more than one van circulating as it was completely full when it finally got to us. Due to customs arrival issues, we were later than anticipated and had to pay more, but could not do it at the kiosk without a staff person! All this took way too long and made us even later for a medical appointment.

Drivers both to and from Seatac were prompt, friendly, professional, helpful and competent. When I couldn’t find my code to exit, with a quick phone call a representative was able to find our reservation and let us out.

Excellent and prompt service. Dropped car and was immediately picked up. Upon return, I text for pickup and shuttle arrived in minutes.

Jiffy sent me a coupon for 10 dollars a day so I used it for a recent trip. I parked and a van was right behind me and picked me up immediately. There was no waiting to go to the airport. I got picked up quickly on my return trip and dropped off right at my car. Quick and easy service and easy to reserve online!

I returned to find my car and about 10 other broken onto. There was over $1,000 in damage. I filled out a claim form and called Micheal but he does not return calls. They dont care. Dont park here unless you want your car broken into. they dont care and have zero security.

The morning driver (Thursday Jan 30th, approx 5:15 am) came to me, gave me the business card with your phone number, my row and stall number and efficiently drove me to the airport. The airport pickup driver arrived just 7 or so minutes after I called (Thursday Jan 30th, approx 10:30pm). Both were friendly and courteous - I had no luggage, just my small daypack. The QR code worked well in the morning to get into the lot and on my way out at night there was an employee who scanned me out and sent a receipt to my email. Everything went beautifully. I really appreciated the employee at the gate on the way out, occasionally in the past it has been hard to reach the scanner from the seat in my car. Thanks

Easy pick up to the airport and back.

The whole process was easy from booking to parking to transportation to and from the airport. Our driver was top notch with a friendly and helpful attitude!

It was a good parking place. Got us to the airport and back with no fuss. Would recommend.

Parking is very tight if you have a full-size vehicle. The shuttle should have had more people on duty. It was quite a wait at the airport.

Easy to park, close to airport, shuttle prompt at both ends, driver courteous, shuttle bus clean.

I have been using this Lot for the past year and have been satisfied with the service. I travel multiple times a month and find the pricing to be a good value. However, in the recent months I have had to wait 20-35 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle. Not to mention the friendliness of the drivers has declined. I don’t expect them to take my bags, but it is blatantly obvious that they do not want to go out of their way when they don’t make eye contact and don’t move from their seat at pick up and drop off. I am disappointed and looking for other parking options.

Shuttle driver was FANTASTIC, definitely went above and beyond. The parking lot was well lit and seemed secure.

Quick shuttle to airport but I wish where to get shuttle back to car was easier.

Shuttle service was excellent. As soon as I parked, the driver showed up at our parking space; picked us up; and drove us to the airport. After arriving, Shuttle, again was there and ready to take us to our vehicle. Driver took us directly to our parking space. That was great service. Price was very reasonable. I will use Jiffy again and again. Thank you, Jiffy!
