A straightforward transaction
The single cigar was bought as an engagement gift for my Godson (let's hope his fiancee appreciates it). Choosing and paying for the cigar was relatively straightforward using the JJ Fox website and it was delivered quickly to me by post. I have since posted it to my Godson.
I was expecting a single cigar to come in its own tube container, but this came in a larger box with quite a bit of packing... but it wasn't damaged - so Good!

Ordering was pretty easy and straightforward. Delivery was pretty quick and the cigarillos arrived in excellent condition, due no doubt to the fact that the parcel was labelled fragile. Well done!

The best selection of cigars iv seen in the world, outside cuba possibly. The staff is excellent. I will mention Ciro, who has helped me purchase almost 100 cigars over the past 3 months. He even coordinated with me about a few to be bought online for delivery to my friends. I recommend this shop to any and all cigar enthusiasts.

A Cigar experience like no other
My Son and I took our first cigar experience with JJ Fox and have never looked back, although my son is no longer with us. I visit the shop and always try something new in the lounge and remember how we so thoroughly enjoyed our cigars on these visits.

Item was not delivered for many days…
Item was not delivered for many days beyond a reasonable time frame. Royal Mail failed to deliver and provided almost no coherent communications about the matter. Exceptionally poor considering the brand and the price of the item in question. I am extremely disappointed albeit I concede much of this may be the fault of the post office.

We are sorry it took a while for your order to be delivered, however it does seem as though this was due to there being no answer at the address.
You had ordered late in the evening on Friday 29/08 and we shipped as soon as feasibly possible given that we don't ship on a weekend. It then seems as though Royal mail attempted to deliver twice but there was no answer, before recieving a redelivery request from the recipient.
Items of this nature, due to their value, do need someone to sign for them, hence why Royal Mail didn't post it through the letter box.
We apologise that you had been disappointed in this instance.
