My order was a minimal one but received the same courtesy from the company. I ordered a single cigar for a stocking filler for my son. The one i ordered was not available so they offered to replace with a more expensive one at no extra cost to myself. This was delivered promptly within 2 days. Great customer service

Been looking for a cheap cigar punch as I never used one before, ordered ang within two hours it was dispatched and arrived the very next day. Have yet to use it in action but I don't think for a moment it won't do exactly what it's made for 🤘
