Ordered 2 vents. They only sent 1 because 1 was damaged. So I had to order another 1 from roofing superstore and pay for delivery again. So I had to pay 2 delivery charges for what should of been 1 order and wait for the other vent to turn up.

The company was very helpful and the roof tiles arrived on the agreed date. Unfortunately, a large proportion of a relatively small order were damaged in transit, so I refused to accept the delivery. As the delivery was to the inner Hebrides, the company agreed to refund the money rather than risk the same thing happening again, and the money was promptly returned. I consider that JJ Roofing behaved very professionally.

Excellent merchant. Competitive pricing and fast delivery. Products arrived from 2 different suppliers. One was slightly damaged (courier damage), but customer support was excellent. 1:1 human exchange, and the damaged section was replaced quickly and without quibble. Would use again!

Great communiction
I found the site easy to make a purchase with great communication afterwards when I have had to contact to chase my delivery.
I placed my order on 1 October but iam yet to receive the goods (currently 22nd October) but have been advised it's the fault of a 3rd party
