False advertising/sales
They are clearly advertising and taking money for products they don't have in stock then cancel the order later stating they don't stock the product. I'm pretty sure that's illegal, if not it should be.

I ordered one pack of roof tiles from here and was more than willing to pay for shipping. Three days delivery, which was fine, but two days later they contacted me to tell me they were not in stock anymore and I would have to wait 21days. They could have informed me straight away, waisted my time.
They were very quick with the refund which was great.
