This is an amazing "off brand" brick set
This is an amazing "off brand" brick building set. My 9 year old son said the directions were easy to follow and had good pictures to show brick placement. The amount of structures included in this set was really amazing for the price. We would definitely purchase from here again! Very happy. I submitted a question, and customer service was prompt in their response. Thank you!

Delivery was fast but couple other issues
Delivery was fast.
I ordered the mechanical part and the remote control race car.
I was disappointed with a couple of things.
Parts parrot was an OK build.
My free gift was the dinosaurs which was a huge disappointment after hours working on it. I had the body, legs, tail and head completed but when I went to connect on the last 2-3 steps it kept coming apart. I had to give up.
Working on the car now and a few of the technic pins are very tight and hard to get in. One broke and I had a spare on hand but I had to use pliers and hammer at least three in already. Only about 20% built and hoping the rest goes ok and it works. Also the stickers are all mislabeled.

The site could definitely look a little more official. I honestly was hesitant putting a credit card in at first because the site is very underdeveloped. It is easy enough to navigate though. I also think there shouldn't be a fantastical idea theme that has a bunch of random themes under it. I missed out on seeing those sets because I never clicked to open it up. The site itself could definitely be better!

I had 3 items on this order. One out of the three was the wrong item. I reached out and they have not resolved the issue after telling me they were goong to look into it. Still waiting almost 3weeks now and nothing. I have reached out again and nothing.

I experienced customer service.
I ordered several sets. After completion of the payment I received an email that two sets weren't available at that moment. The company made an attractive offer instead. I'm pleased with the commercial solution but it took a lot of emailing and time! Bottom line: in my experience they strive towards good customer service. To me that's the most important.

Good alternative to LEGO
Have bought alternatives to Lego before. All had many missing pieces.
Thought I would try JMBricklayer
Bought the warship and was impressed by the detail. All parts and pieces were in package.
Might add though. The base has a sticker with BASEMARCK
BATTLESHIP.
(Maybe it is a play on words? But for future, maybe had a Bismarch sticker as that is what the ship is supposed to be.
Besides that. I will probably buy another JMBRICKLAYER set
