Hit and miss over quality of products

Hit and miss over quality of products. My wife made the mistake of ordering bra’s following their guidelines. She went up a size and ordered Large only to find they were still no where near her size ( far too small ). This cost us £4.45 to return them.

Ordered the sunglasses for self and…

Ordered the sunglasses for self and husband. Really pleased with them made a lot of difference after cataract operations. Taken away all the glare but allowed good vision. Easy ordering, quick delivery and 3rd pair for when of us can't find our pair.

Returns

I'll start with the positive the lady i delt with did try to help but couldnt, this is why i gave 2 stars.
I started the process of returning an item, I was told to just send it 2nd class and keep proof of postage and if anything goes wrong I'd still receive my refund. My parcel has now disappeared since royal mail got it.
I called jml direct only to be told as they haven't received it no refund! Do not listen to them if your item is more than £20 as that's all royal mail will give you.
If i hadn't been told it would be fine 2nd class I would have sent it 1st and been able to claim the total amount back .

Useless 3 Belvia bras size 36/38

Purchased 3 Belvia bras size 36/38, absolutely useless. They were no where near the correct size. The customer service representative was very ill mannered. She told me that all clothing varies slightly. However I measured the bra it was 10 inches smaller than stated. I won't buy from them again. Plus I still haven't had my refund

Really disappointed.

I was really looking forward to receiving a Jml bra , but unfortunately it’s a big disappointment .
I checked the size guide, as a large is supposed to be suitable for 36 /38 bust , I ordered that size , it’s way too small & skimpy, giving me the appearance of 2 boobs in one cup .
I thought as jml is a good company, I could rely on them .

I have in the past ordered from various…

I have in the past ordered from various Retailers a “ None wired comfy bra. ALL have the same fault, the back is so short i cannot fasten them. This was the case with the Bra I recently ordered from you. They are all maid in China or Asia. I am a size 12, and 9 stone I would not call myself obese. Every bra I have ordered, made in the above countries are the same at least3 inches too short. All lovely and comfy with wide straps, just Couldn’t do the back up. Such a shame😒😒😒😒

The Starlyf Cordless Power Washer

The Starlyf Cordless Power Washer was to be perfectly honest an absolute waste of money. There was extremely little pressure coming from it and it went through the car shampoo in the bottle within a couple of seconds. I would not recommend this product and certainly not for the price tag of £49.99. If I can get a refund hopefully that would be something to be happy about!!
