Received shirt for my birthday but…
Received shirt for my birthday but since the person had to deliver it from the US, it took more than 14 days. It was way to big and no possibility to get a smaller size in exchange. The person, who bought the shirt placed a very large order, should be possible to exchange the shirt, especially for a very good customer! There was no way to talk to someone and it was a strict NO. Not very client friendly!

Policy Over Customer Loyalty
I have been a loyal customer of JOAH BROWN for over three years and have spent several thousand dollars with the brand. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
A pigment-dyed fleece set transferred dye onto multiple white items during normal wear including other JOAH BROWN pieces. There was no clear or prominent warning at the point of purchase advising that the garment should be washed before first wear to prevent color transfer.
Despite providing photos and documentation, the company declined any goodwill resolution and refused to replace even their own damaged items. The cost of resolving this issue was minimal, yet they chose policy over customer care.
I am disappointed in how a long-term customer was treated and expected a higher level of accountability from a premium brand.

Due to the unique characteristics of these fabrics, some fading and dye transfer may occur, especially at first. Can’t get enough of JB
Can’t get enough of JB. Everything is stunning and fits tru to size. Can’t help but feel like that it girl even down to the socks. I love my adjustable windbreaker and their fitted tops I keep by the masses. Just got the barrel pants and they are so lovely and form fitting they are worth the high end price in my opinion. You pay for thoughtful design, construction materials, and branding. Some of yall are way too harsh with your negative reviews justifying that dupes out there for less. No duh. When you judge JB on criteria of high clothing standards, there’s no doubt JB is special and worth it.
