Every piece is worth every penny
The quality of this brand has got to be hands-down my favorite out of all Designers. I almost have every piece of Joah Brown at this point, after discovering them last winter. All my friends and family know what to get me for my birthday or the holidays because as soon as something drops, I have to have it. It’s worth it. Trust me. The quality is amazing. Not to mention the design is always perfection, and exquisitely executed. I love Joah Brown the most because it meets my expectations with a minimalistic style with a sexy fit, and the earth tone colors used in every piece is my go-to. Every single detail on every piece of clothing or item that comes from Joah Brown is on point every time.

Rare 1-star Rating
I’ll start by saying this is a rare 1-star review for me. I almost always only review a company if it’s 5 stars and I only have nice things to say. This one’s tough. I have been a fan of Joah Brown since I discovered it. Loved the style, colors and comfort… bought several items, told others about it and even gifted it for Xmas. Here’s the issue… bought the Sand Oversized Joggers last year and in just a few months (following all care instructions), both pockets started tearing at the seams. There was no logical reason for this other than quality. If I’d done this to the pockets myself, I wouldn’t have a problem. This shouldn’t be happening with >$200 sweatpants. I kindly reached out with proof of purchase, photos and a description of what was happening. I never even asked for a refund, but instead inquired about a repair or half refund. I was offered just 15% off to spend more money (still almost $200) on sweats that were falling apart at the seams. There was zero accountability and apparent low standards from the “production team”. I was told that “based on the timeline” they could not do anything else. This tells me that Joah Brown will gladly charge you high quality prices but they will not back it up. This is sadly not indicative of a company with integrity. I have sweatpants from SHEIN that last longer. Extremely disappointing customer service and brand quality. Not on par with other brands that charge these prices.
