Excellent service from the entire team
Excellent service from the entire team. We went to look at an X-trail which proved to be unsuitable and hadn’t considered BYD. We were very impressed by the quality and prices of the vehicles on offer, the clear explanation of all the purchasing options and the delivery time.
We picked up our new BYD within the week and are very happy with our new car.

Excellent Service
Been using other John Clark dealerships and was just as impressed with their new BYD venture. A nice selection to look at and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I came for a look and I left with a car. There was no pressure the vehicle and deal sold itself. I'll be back again in the future.

Once again after 2 weeks of collecting…
Once again after 2 weeks of collecting my new car I get a letter from Nissan saying I have to pay another payment for my trade in car next month. All this should have been sorted when I picked up my new car not getting a letter 2 weeks after. Terrible service once again.

Exceptional Customer Service
In almost 40 years of buying cars from a variety of dealerships, including perceived top end manufacturers, this was by far our best experience. Gordon Farmer was patient, informative and extremely pleasant in his approach throughout. The video sent to us before we visited the showroom was extremely helpful and Gordon back this up further in person. We did not plan to buy on this initial visit, but we did purely due to Gordon’s manner and knowledge. As well as being extremely impressed by Gordon, the product also blew us away. Our customer experience was exceptional and we will have no hesitation in recommending Gordon and BYD to our family, friends and work colleagues. Many thanks.

According to your website......the parts department is open on Saturdays. I drove from Ellon to Aberdeen on Saturday morning to be greeted by a young Woman and Man in the showroom. Both looked bewildered when I asked where the parts dept was. They looked online and noticed it was supposed to be open. Apologies dont work and this is maybe indictive of the sort of organisation JCMG has become. Shouldnt clients be treated better?

Dear Mr Watt, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced when visiting us on Saturday, I appreciate how disappointing it must have been to make the trip from Ellon only to find our Parts Department closed.
Our BYD website does state that our Parts Department is not open on Saturdays, but I completely understand how this could be frustrating if you saw information that suggested otherwise. If you could contact me directly and let me know where you saw the Saturday opening hours, I will review it immediately to make sure we remove any conflicting information. I can only see that is shows closed on our contact us page.
