Really frustrated. We have 4 of the same car seats and 1 has developed an issue, where the button to allow the straps to loosen has failed. I first contacted before Christmas, I have been asked to se... See more

Joie Pact Pro Wheels Issue - Been used infrequently for around 6 months now as we usually use our main pram. The front wheels have started spinning when the pram is moving causing difficulty in maneuvering. I have been in contact with the customer service team since December regarding the issue, sending multiple videos, photos as evidence of the issue. All they do is ask for more, suggesting speckles of debris are the cause and to re-clean and take another video of the pram moving. At one point the lady pointed out that the wheel lock was engaging, almost as if i hadn't thought to disengage the lock before moving the pram. Their ultimate goal is not to help the customer but to help their own bottom line by ensuring they don't have to repair or send any replacement parts out. By far the most frustrating customer service i have ever experienced from any company. Will not be buying any more Joie products.

I am writing from France regarding order #JFROP001462033. I received an i-Spin 360 with a CRACKED BASE, making it unusable and unsafe.
Order placed by Nathalie Leroux.
The Joie France contact form does not recognize the SKU (C1801OATHY000), and I have received no response from customer service. This is a critical safety matter. I need an immediate replacement or refund.
(FR) Siège reçu avec base fissurée, inutilisable. Aucun retour du service client malgré l'urgence de sécurité. Merci de me contacter rapidement.

Ordered a pram bundle and one part of the pram came bent and after contacting customer services, I was put through to someone called Maddy. She was very helpful in helping sorting my issue quickly and without any hassle. She actually made sure that I was fine and didn’t pressure me to have information sent over even when quite a bit of time had lapsed since I opened the request. She had lovely kind words and I can’t thank her enough.

I had a message to tell me that the Joie swing I had purchased was recalled . Within a few days the swing was collected by DPD and a replacement sent next day . Excellent customer service and communication every step of the way informing me what was happening !

Faulty baby rocker and awful customer service.
We purchased a baby rocker for my granddaughter (we actually purchased two the same) one of them became faulty shortly after she was born in November, it’s an intermittent fault; the chair gets jammed & won’t change position, we know it’s a fault as the second one now at my daughters house, does not do the same. I sent Joie the video of the fault & they asked me to return it for inspection, they have now rang to say it didn’t do it when they tested it! No because it’s an intermittent fault & my video clearing showed it getting stuck! So they now want me to accept the return of the faulty rocker to put my now 4 month granddaughter in!? If they’re that desperate to not refund or replace they can keep it, I won’t be putting any baby in a faulty product.

I recently purchased the i-Level Recline car seat as part of a full Joie travel system (Order #JEUOP001374998). I am extremely disappointed to find that the product is completely unusable as delivered because it lacks the ISOFIX base, which is required for installation.
Every primary product image on the official website shows the seat mounted on the base, creating a clear and reasonable expectation that they are sold as a functional unit. In Sweden, under Consumer Protection Laws (Konsumentköplagen), visual representation is key. Selling a safety product that cannot be used in a vehicle without an expensive, separate component—while hiding this in the fine print—is a misleading omission.
To make matters worse, I contacted customer support (Ticket #1292948) to resolve this, but was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude from the representative , who refused to escalate the matter to a supervisor and essentially told me it was "my responsibility" to find the hidden information.
As a parent, I expected Joie to prioritize safety and fair transparency. Instead, I am left with a 150€ "seat" that cannot be installed. I strongly advise other parents in Sweden and the EU to be cautious of Joie’s misleading marketing images. I will be escalating this matter to the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket/ARN) unless Joie takes immediate steps to rectify this.

I had trouble registering the warranty for the car seat (I didn't receive confirmation it had been registered).
Lisa manually went through the process and confirmed shortly after by email that the warranty is in place. She couldn't have been more polite, professional, and helpful. A credit to the company.
To confirm also what I told her, the car seat is great!

**update**
I have updated this review from a 1 star to a 4 star after the customer service team stated they escalated my complaint and will send us the shell first and we can send our old one after. See original review below.
I got the mint latch car seat and the stroller that works with it. After a lot of research I had put these items on my registry when I was pregnant, and I received them. The first 5 months with the car seat went great and we were recommending it to all our expecting friends for its ease of use and how safe we felt with it. Right after she turned 5 months, one of the latches broke. We started using the seat belt feature but it’s not as quick and doesn’t feel as secure so we reached out to customer service. We provided all our the information they requested including thorough videos proving the latch is indeed broken and not usable. After receiving this they agreed it’s broken and offered to send us a new “shell”. However, they said we have to send our “shell” back before they will ship the new one. This would obviously mean we’re without a car seat for an unknown period of time, accounting for our shipping, them receiving it, then them sending the new one. This just is not possible. Even if we could plan to stay home, we cannot guarantee there wouldn’t be an emergency where we would need to transport our daughter. I communicated this to the customer service and said it was not possible for us to send the shell until we received the new one. They said it is their policy and they cannot budge. I find this to be a terrible policy for the above stated reasons and I’m INCREDIBLY disappointed with this response and will no longer be recommending the company to my friends for any of their products.

Reached out to them using the e-mail they have given following their last year's data breach and received no response. Have chased and received no response. I have now raised a ticket to ask them if they will ever reply however... you guessed it, they continue to pretend I do not exist.

I am absolutely appalled by the Joi bedside crib. The wheels dont lock in place so its unsafe. It took 90 mins to assemble and now i have to disemble to take back to tescos who have been a lot more helpful then joie. Their reps sounds robotic and unhelpful telling me to put something weighted in the crib - what are they on about do they expect me to put bricks in there? My newborn will be in there. Its total rubbish and now they have dismised my emails and not helped me at all. I have been very upset and anxious about this and had to buy a moses basket as this is garbage and i cant disemmble it as im 38 weeks pregnant and no one to help as husband away for work. Even the way they respond on here shows a lack of empathy or care- claim number 1273187 and that Ma**ie was cold and robotic. Please refer to management- wheels dont lock so u are selling it as having retractable wheels that lock - well i sent a video on and they dont and i put it next to the bed and they dont. The product is mutton dressed as lamb meaning cheap rubbish wrapped in a brand trying to pass off as UPPAbaby. Next time ill spend more and get better quality

If I could give a 0 I would ordered a high chair 3 weeks ago waiting waiting for delivery to be told after chasing 3 times that’s it’s not even in stock!! Terrible customer services! No help! Happy to take our money though

I bought the Joie swing for my 6 week old baby, the bolt sheared off in the first 10 minutes of use with my baby inside the seat whereby she then landed face first on the floor.
After paying £100 for a swing (higher price as thought would be safer) it ended up in a bruised and swollen eye and a trip to A&E for my very young baby.
Would not recommend them to anyone - absolute hazzard. Had it dropped mm in another angle she would have hit her far on the metal bar, just thank the stars she was on carpet and not tiled floor.
Absolutely appalling.
