Really frustrated. We have 4 of the same car seats and 1 has developed an issue, where the button to allow the straps to loosen has failed. I first contacted before Christmas, I have been asked to send videos of the issue, which I have. I have shown proof of purchase, I have sent a video, included childs age, weight and height and now I'm being told the video isn't clear enough. I know how the car seats work, I have 4 identical. Im currently having to move 1 back and forth my in laws car as and when needed.

Purchased a Joie 360 swivel car seat for my 2.5 year old granddaughter for ease of getting her in and out of our car. The Base makes the seat quite high up, so we find it difficult to put her in the seat without bumping her head or mine in the car. Then if she falls asleep (the seat is in coreect recline position) her head hangs forward causing her not to breathe properly.

I am located in Germany. After ordering and paying for the bouncer on the German Joie site, no update on delivery was received, though the site promised two to four working days. After a week of waiting, I contacted Customer Support. Now it is ten days since I contacted CS - still no reply and no bouncer. Is this a scam?

What amazing customer service. Phone answered almost immediately. Ella was so helpful and knowledgeable and when we got cut off she rung me straight back.
New part ordered and follow up email with instructions.
No AI, Ella, was a real person which also made my day! Thankyou so much

"I’m 54 year old and I can put my hands on my hart and say Emily is one of the best customer service people I’ve ever met and delete with. Thank you for your service"

I understand the frustration of other clients since it is not clear at all that you need to contact the UK team if you have purchased directly from their site but other than that, everything is five stars. From the quality of the product to their client service, we have experienced quick replies, very informative answers, and quick procedures. I will recommend the brand to friends and family

Awful customer service. They sent the incorrect item out for delivery and instead of organising the correct item to be sent out and apologising said they’d collect and i’d have to repurchase through the store. I won’t be repurchasing! The incorrect item was collected but I’m still awaiting my refund.

We bought the Joie Signature bundle and was so happy with it.
However the bassinet had a problem with the zip but as Joie have a 2 year guarantee we didn't think there would be a problem with replacing the broken part.
However they expect you to send the product back and then they will send you a replacement 2-3 days later. Which means the customer goes without for potentially 4 days which anyone with a newborn knows this is extremely difficult!
We have a 10 week old and she cannot go in anything but the bassinet so it would mean we would be stuck in the house for 4 days because of a problem that was not our fault. They said they cannot send out a new bassinet and pick the old one up at the same time, which I think is disgusting.
I would avoid buying from them for this reason alone, when you buy products for a baby you do not expect to then have to go without when its a manufacturers problem.
We've had to just survive with a broken product for now as we cannot find 4 days where we can be without it.

Fantastic customer service, there was a quick response to my initial query. I was overjoyed to hear that I didn’t need to throw away my much loved joie seat as I was able to get a replacement part to enable it to continue being used despite being out of warranty. It’s not very often I feel valued by a brand but joie has continued to be outstanding in my opinion and this recent support has solidified that!

We bought a Finiti Signature travel system which cost just shy of one grand. The main bottom strap of the 5-point harness in the pushchair came completely detached/loose on one of the first uses, and still does so by just tugging lightly on it. We are worried our baby will therefore fall off. Joie have requested several videos and despite showing them this safety issue, there is still no solution and we have been going several days without pram (with a 4 month old baby!). Very disappointed by this faulty product and poor customer service while still in warranty. Definitely would not recommend as it's literally unusable.

Both wheels on the back are inflatable and mine after one month of use are both deflated. Such a useless point to have inflatable wheels.

We have had both nothing but problems with the tyres we bought new tyres for it. And we've had to change that many inner tubes. It's nearly cost as much as the pushchair cost. I think the hard durable rubber tyres are always the best for pushchairs. We won't be buying one again.air tyre's on a push chair just don't seem to last.

Purchased a mimzy snacker highchair for my 6month old baby in June 2025. The seat became faulty less than two months after purchase - the seat would not stay up in position and would flap down, metal pins would not go in the runners. I provided photographs and videos demonstrating the problem several times to Customer Service, after countless back and forth the high chair was collected. Barely 24 hours after collection I receive an email informing me the high chair was inspected and there was no faults and they are sending it back. I’m disgusted with the product quality and even more so the service and how dismissive they were. How they can say there are no faults with a chair I was no longer able to use not even 2 months after buying it is beyond me. Will be informing all I know to avoid Joie products.

As a registered charity, Joie Spares went out of their way to source and donate, free of charge, a very hard to find, pair of strap harnesses for our push chair.
We are immensely grateful for the very prompt service and kind gesture.

I bought a stroller from a regular store it was meant to be a very strong stroller. After I received it, I used it for a few weeks then the back wheel got damaged, It took about a month for customer service to agree to look at it. when they finally looked at it they took zero responsibility and we’re highly unprofessional.
I would expect from such a well-known company to have a little bit of customer service, at least respect was speaking to a client on the phone.

Back wheels fall off the Joie Nitro stroller because the housing is milled wrong.
It was only 54 Euro, now I know why.

Avoid the awful Joie Versatrax E
I bought the Joie Versatrax E after my order of the original Joie Versatrax was cancelled. The wheels are very different and absolutely terrible.
After just 6 weeks of use, the wheels have holes in them and the chassis and wheels are squeaking.
This is not a durable product. It’s very unpleasant to use, you have to stop constantly to remove stones that the wheels absorb because it makes a horrendous noise.
I’ve contacted both the Nursery Store and Joie Baby for support and been advised to wash and lubricate the wheels for maintenance. After 6 weeks! The wheels look 6 years old and there’s no way these will last more than a few months.
Avoid this travel system, the chassis and wheels are awful. The customer service has also been really poor for what is a faulty product. The Nursery Store just fobbed us off to Joie and Joie have offered zero support for their terrible product.
Edit: The advice of hot soapy water isn’t going to fill the holes in the wheels, and no mention of the squeaky wheels that continues. Both are 100% manufacturing faults. Joie seems to take pride in ignoring the real complaint and providing no service at all.
