False claims on premium delivery
False claims on premium delivery. Multiple follow ups and a gift to be delivered at 9am got delivered at 7:30pm. Repeated whatsapp and emails got no to slow revert. This is the second time delivery is long delayed and quality of flowers didnt come close to the picture of that ordered. There are better services available. Very disappointed.

Terrible service
It is a nightmare just waiting for the delivery. 2-6 is the slot and they wake us up at 11 PM to deliver. Horrible service, rude drivers. Overall a pathetic experience. Sad the rating starts with 1 star. If at all there was negative rating. Joi gifts, you are off my list and off my recommendation list as well. I don't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal that I had to go through.
