The wegovy pill didn’t work for me and…
The wegovy pill didn’t work for me and gave me terrible side effects. My issue is not with the medication as I undertake it’s not for everyone - however the customer service is one of the worst I’ve experienced . I contacted Voy weeks in advance of my next subscription date to tell them of my side effects and to cancel my subscription. They purposely didn’t cancel my subscription, despite me chatting to multiple agents and their goal was only to drag out the process so they could take more money. One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve dealt with, no patient care and only concerned about taking money.

I was very reluctant and sceptical to begin with as I have had 18 months of being fobbed off and refused testosterone on the NHS, I've had 7 blood tests ranging from full blood counts to coeliac and still have another 6 months to wait for the menopause clinic appointment. Voy was quick to send out the test kit, my results were back in days and I got a 45 min consultation with a specialist to chat through the prescription and she actually listened to me and explained every step of the test, I felt heard and understood for the first time in 2 years
