6 products missing!!!
I'm heavily pregnant and I've made a big order of different items for my baby.
From the 8 items I've bought they only delivered 2!
I got in contact with customer service and they informed me the problem was on the delivery company and since I chose the delivery option of "leave by door" they could not hold responsible and I should contact police, suggesting the package was stolen.
It happens that I have the pictures of the delivery from the delivery company and only 2 boxes were left by my door, the 3rd was never delivered.
I registered a complaint and none has contacted me so far, it has been a week now.
This is really disrespectful, especially when the customers are pregnant woman who shouldn't feel stressed at all!
AGAIN ANOTHER DELIVERY WAS CANCELLED. Today is 15th May, I placed the order on 21st April and I haven’t got everything yet. My baby is due soon and still missing basic stuff as I wait forever for this delivery.
Extremely disrespectful!

23rd of April I make a complaint about a broken product.
The 26th I have to follow up as I have not heard anything from them. They reply a few hours after the 26th and I reply right away.

i received a product with errors on it, we agreed that i could keep the product for an extra discount, i accepted that. they have sent me some money back but not the agreed amount, and now they no longer answer my emails!
