Sadly, the pretty pictures and sparkly items on display don't live up to reality for me so far. A small order still hasn't arrived after a week, 2-5 days promised! I suspect the replica hinges I ordered are bobbing along on a boat from China, if indeed they exist at all. Royal Mail 48hr parcel tracking hasn't received the package after a week. J&G gives the impression of being a UK based company but the email links certainly aren't co.uk. I recommend doing some better background checks before you commit to purchasing. If the hinges ever turn up I will repost. KM

The most gorgeous cabinet knobs and pulls for my new kitchen and absolutely fabulous quality - I’m over the moon with them. Cheaper and better quality than another big provider of polished brass knobs too. Plus they were great about returns (I ordered too many) too!

Originally ordered some door knobs that I wasn't quite happy with, just didn't like the finish is all. Contacted the company and they were very helpful and apologetic, gave me the details on how to return with free postage. They soon gave me the money back so I ordered some handles instead which are perfect. Great company to deal with, thank you.

WOW!!! 😀I purchased a wooden crate so I could do a Autumn 🍁🍂🍃🐿🌲🦔🍀🎃🦉 display outside in my garden. The moment from choosing, ordering and delivery was of a very high standard. I would not hesitate to order from this company in the future as I could not fault anything about them. Decidied that the old outside loo should be designated as a gents toilet, so where to get the obligatory 'Gents' sign that matches the period in which the house was built.
It turns out that Jones and Grey have a range of just such signs. A comparison with other offerings saw J&G win on the look and value for money.
Order placed and in no time whatsoever the well packaged item arrived. Just as impressive as the photos.

I made an error in ordering a brass door knocker. I contacted Dave at Jones&Grey Customer Services. He was very helpful and dealt politely with me - even though it was my error. A full refund was paid without any problems.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and using them again.

Bought some handles for the kitchen cupboards, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, which was a shame because they were very nice handles, anyway I contacted Jones and Grey and explained what had happened and a nice gentleman called Dave told me to send them back and they would refund them, which I did and they issued a full refund, thank you Jones and Grey for an excellent service, I would definitely buy from them again A++
