I really like the dress designs here. They sell beautiful dresses for summer. I deducted 1 point for slow shipping and delivery speed.

I ordered a skirt online from Joseph. It was reduced 40%., albeit still £195 plus postage £5.
On arrival I was delighted with it, however, when I came to put it on the next day I noticed a small hole in the fabric (merino wool).
Obviously unacceptable. In addition, as I was giving the garment close examination I could detect a slight smell of perfume.
I concluded that this skirt had been worn and returned.
I have received a refund two weeks after return less the postage.
I will not be buying again from Joseph.

Great Customer Care. I had an issue with my return and despite delays, they emailed back quickly and processed my refund. Quick to solve and polite.

The worst possible customer service!
I returned part of my order 28 days ago and the customer service has still not processed/refunded the return. They claim issues with their warehouse!

Illegal operations, atrocious customer service. I spent considerable sum on the sales items, some of which were returned as they did not fit. The return was via one of Joseph stores, who checked the items and sent message of the incoming return. Two weeks on I still have not received the refund and there is no reply from the customers service, the phone number does not work. I was promised the refund will be issued by end of last week, it wasn’t. There is no response to my e-mails and the phone does not work. I spoke to the store but they cannot help. On their website they advertised refunds to be issued within 14 days, today when I check they removed it. This is breaching consumer rights, and it is unlawful practice. I have to escalate the matter to relevant authorities. I would never expect this from reputable brand.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service as regards the refund of money for returned goods. I returned the parcel, received no confirmation of this and sent several emails asking when I can expect to receive the money. Unfortunately, I have only received money for part of the goods... I am now contacting customer service again for the rest of the refund! I think that the customer service is doing a tragically bad job in this matter...

Amazing service, quick delivery and attentive customer care. Also, they offer high quality clothing and accessories. All around a lovely experience ordering from Joseph, I can only recommend them

I had bought nothing from Joseph for 48 years but that suit is still worn & admired, so I ordered a Dress & Trousers, which were sadly not right for my grandsn's wedding in June, but I returned them & order a Top & some Trousers, both of which are perfect & fit like a glove. There was an issue with my Visa card, but all the staff could not have been more wonderful or helpful, even if they were not allowed to give me Their bank details, which would have made the purchase So much easier for all concerned.

No response from Joseph’s customer service to update me on the return process. I wish I never bought anything from them.
