Mariela, helped me so much with my broken bin and guarantee. Joseph Joseph has the best guarantee for their bins. My 10 year old bin got damaged after 10 + years so I got to choose a new one for free. I absolutely love that. The only downfall is that the new bins are not as sturdy as the old ones. It’s not that sable anymore and we have trouble getting the bin to open. Such a shame they changed the structure of the bin. They were perfect. So I don’t want to sound ungrateful because I received a new bin, but I really really loved the old ones. Thank you so much Mariela for helping me with the new bin.

Whilst the product I purchased was faulty there after sale service in terms of providing an alternative product was excellent

Had a problem with a Milltop pepper mill which broke and deposited the contents into my meal. I contacted the customer helpline on the website explaining the fault and that it was within the warranty period and got a very nice reply about an hour later apologising for the issue. They explained that the mills weren't sold individually and they were happy to send me a replacement set which arrived a few days later. Things can and do to wrong in any business and it's how it deals with the problems that customers remember and I have to say my experience with Joseph Joseph has been first class.

I had a problem with the lining on my Joseph Joseph Roasting tin. Contacted customer service and explained plus added photo. Annalise responded quickly requesting additional information of purchase etc. I had no problem with giving her all the information. Within a few hours Annalise replied to reassure me a replacement was on its way!! Excellent service!!

Joseph Joseph customer service were quick to respond and offer a replacement casserole pot after a small fault developed. The pot was still under warranty. Their communications clearly state that once the warranty expires this service will no longer be available. So all fingers crossed for the longevity of these costly but products.

We have bought many useful items from Joseph and Joseph over the last number of years, all have been excellent.
Unfortunately we had an issue with our spray mop, i emailed customer support and within 24 hours a new mop had been despatched to us. What a fantastic service I feel we received for George. I would highly recommend Joseph and Joseph top company.

I recently had an unfortunate incident with a Joseph Joseph product. I was making an obscene amount of mashed potatoes for our St. Patricks day celebration. Somehow and to my surprise, the JJ Ricer broke. I contacted JJ and showed photos of the broken item. I was super sad about it as this was the FIRST time I'd used the device. Amina made me feel like the most valued customer and treated my concerns with professionalism and kindness. Amina exceeded my expectations with their knowledge, professionalism, and speed of corrective action. I couldn't be more pleased with the incident now and it is all due to the incomparable Amina. Knives in set rust easily and holder not practical but very responsive support *twice* in relation to issues with this order. Cannot fault the customer service - above and beyond the request I made, and resolved very quickly. Thank you!

They provided a quick reply and took care of this very efficiently, it is exactly the solution I was hoping they would offer.
I was very happy with their assistance and professionalism.

I purchased a (fairly expensive!) Joseph Joseph Extend dish drainer and matching soap dispenser, both of which developed rust before the warranty period ended, after normal household use, although I stupidly didn't contact them until after the warranty period had ended, what an expensive mistake that has turned out to be.

I contacted customer service, and while they responded promptly, they declined to replace the items as they were outside the warranty period, offering only a 20% discount code instead, which isn't much use as it still makes the replacements fairly expensive!

Given that these are stainless steel products designed for use in wet environments, I had expected a longer lifespan.

I've recently purchased both the nesting oven trays and roasting dish sets, and I'm bitterly regretting that if their lifespan is going to be similar to the dish drainer :( Disappointed with both the durability and the resolution offered, and I'm fully expecting a 'thank you for your feedback' reply to this review.

Lately, we've ordered a lot of items for our new apartment. The delivery came in several days, but one item was damaged. I contacted customer support and Elisabeth solved this case pretty fast: all communication was clear and polite, the item was replaced for free.
