Jospeh Joseph products are great quality and I have many of their items. Recently, I had a problems develop soon after purchase - the team were very supportive and issued a replacement soon after I reached out to customer service. (A big shout out to Ruth who was understanding, supportive, and a great communicator!)

I had bought Joseph Joseph Nest bakeware and one of the trays developed a slight fault. It was under warranty and the customer service that I received from Amina to resolve the issue simply could not have been better. Quality products backed by outstanding service.

I have brought many items from Joseph Joseph , including my totem recycling bin which recently the opening button broke , I spoke to George who very quickly arranged a replacement with next day delivery and was very sympathetic and apologetic , thank you very much . He also responded to my emails within a matter of minutes I was truly amazed with how simple and fast the process was for my replacement .

I recently purchased a wood folio cutting board from you for approximately R3,400, and I am extremely concerned with the quality of the product received.

The board is visibly rough, poorly finished, and the wood is splintering. This is not just a cosmetic issue — it presents a serious food safety risk, as wood fragments can easily contaminate food during use.

For a premium product at this price point, I would expect a properly sanded, sealed, and food-safe finish. This product is clearly not fit for purpose and does not meet acceptable quality standards.

I require an immediate resolution to this matter. Please advise whether you will arrange a full refund or a replacement with a properly finished, defect-free board.

I am happy to provide images if required, although the issue is very clear.

what a disgusting service and product - once again another company with fancy exterior and zero quality .

I had a problem with a broken lid on my bin and raised the issue with Shaq in customer services.
The service he provided was absolutely first rate. He was so helpful with prompt replies, clear communication and sorted the problem for me very quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

Great service from Amina and Joseph Jospeh for resolving my issue

George was extremely helpful and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently.

After having a Totem max 60L Bin for just over 2 years a defect developed in the lid system which prevented easy use.
I got in touch with JosephJoseph and after getting past the AI email responses, I got a response from a human, and things moved very smoothly from there.
The upshot is that I have just received a replacement bin under warranty after supplying the relevant information.
I would like to give a special thanks to Aida and Joy for helping me to a satisfactory resolution.

Quick and informative response from Customer Service. Just what is needed

Absolutely LOVE JosephJoseph products and its great they are such good quality. Had an issue with our mop but Customer Service were excellent and resolved my problem. Amina dealt with my problem instantly and I was soooo impressed with the service. Thank You.

However: they don't stock or sell spares (this really needs addressing by the company from an environmental and sustainability perspective - so that aspect would score 1/5). That said, they were quick and efficient dealing with the query, and were able to provide a discount on a replacement product (so the customer services aspect is 4/5).
