I received the wrong size coat. Labels were saying what was ordered but the coat was a different size.
I spoke to Michelle on 'chat' and she arranged to send a replacement coat and also collect the wrong coat the next day. I understand things go wrong, its how it is corrected.... Michelle sorted everything for me :-) still a happy customer....

Today I received an eMail confirmation that my returned items had been received. Unfortunately 1 item I didn't return was on the list and 1 item I did return wasn't on the returned list.
Not another job I have to do was my first thought but Joules made this very easy.
Firstly written very clearly in the confirmation eMail was a telephone no. to call if you needed to speak to someone (not a FAQ to read).
The person I spoke to about my issue was Jody and she apologised for the error and very quickly clarified the issue and then within not time at all I received an email confirming my revised re-imbursement with all paperwork supplied.
I buy items from Joules frequently and this issue has never happened and I can honestly say it was dealt with in no time and Jody was very pleasant and efficient. Thank you Jody and thank you Joules.

My £60 Wellingtons that I bought in November2025 sprang a leak in early March 2026. I was disappointed that they had only lasted 4 months. I called Customer Service and spoke to Michelle who was extremely helpful. She sent me a label to return the leaky boots and put in an order for another pair to be sent to me.
The new pair arrived today so I am very pleased with the service I received from Michelle who could not have been more pleasant. Thank you Michelle and Joules!

I called Customer Services with a query regarding a return I wanted to make, that was not a straightforward issue.
Michelle understood my concern immediately and was very understanding. She dealt with the issue, which was my fault, in a professional, friendly, non judgemental and helpful manner. The issue was resolved very satisfactorily, without any fuss, much to my relief and gratitude. Michelle was excellent in handling this situation and is a credit to Joules. I have been a customer of Joules for some years and have always experienced good customer service in store. However, this experience exceeded the positive view I already had of Joules.

The problem I had was of my own making although I didn’t know it at the time. Michelle took my call and couldn’t have been more helpful. She looked at my order asked a few questions and put my mind at ease. My email address was spelt incorrectly, all me! I’m so glad I didn’t go in all guns blazing. Michelle was very calm and so helpful. Note to self…double check your addresses before pressing ‘Buy’

Carl in customer service was absolutely amazing, and I am so touched at him ringing me today after sending pictures of a pair of shoes I received that had been worn, and the box they were sent in looking like it had been in a car crash.
There were no more of this size in stock so I was a given a discount to keep them, which wasn't ideal, and I could have returned them, but wanted them for a holiday, so wouldn't be able to get anymore, and Carl double checked online and this size had come into stock since talking to his colleague earlier today which was great, he ordered them to arrive tomorrow, arranged the return of the worn shoes, and gave me a gift card.
Thank you so much Carl, and a phone call was so much more personal than a email, and I really appreciated that he had seen the pictures that I had sent on the email and reached out to me this afternoon. This is what customer service is.
I have also asked that the employee that thought it was ok to send the disgusting item in the battered box to me is spoken to also, as there was no quality control for this employee, and totally unacceptable to even consider sending what they did to a customer
