I had issues today creating a New Account

I had issues today creating a new account so that I could purchase some items quite urgently, as when I tried to fill in the 10% discount application, it just crashed.
So I ended up talking to Nicola on their chat line, she was just brilliant & patient in sorting out my issue/s efficiently & quickly, needless to say items were purchased, I received my 10% introductory discount & the products are due to be delivered on Monday! Thank you Nicola, great service from a excellent company to deal with.

Stripy tops. Either shrank or swamped unpredictably.

I’ve had 3-4 over the last few years, because the style is - or should be - a staple - but have stopped buying. Something odd about the fabrics. The navy ones shrank, even if I replaced with size 16 (I’m a 12). But I had a light blue one which remained bizarrely enormous. And they don’t wash well, 3 had to be discarded when normal every day marks would not come out.

Winter coat for Teddy

Neede a winter coat for my Cockapoo Teddy. i shop with Joules for my clothes and on my google search found that they sold dog coats. The coat we both liked was the Joules Cherington coat and it was in the sale £32 down to £9 so it was now definitely our favourite. Ordered online Tue £3.95 delivery and delivered next day Wed. and Teddy loves it. Keeps him warm and keeps him dry. We both say Thank you Joules.

I had such a lovely experience shopping with Joules!

I ordered a little coat and some leggings for my friend’s 18-month-old daughter, and oh my days, when they arrived, they were even more adorable in person!

The quality is absolutely beautiful. The fabric feels durable yet soft, the stitching is excellent, and the designs are just so charming and well made.

I was beyond excited to show my friend, and she was just as delighted when she saw them. It made the perfect surprise gift!

Everything from ordering to delivery was smooth and hassle-free, and the overall quality really exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend shopping with Joules, especially if you’re looking for gorgeous children’s clothing that feels special and well made.

Excellent customer service

Love Joules clothing and have always had a positive experience when shopping with them, either in store (hard to do now) or online. Today I received a delivery and discovered an item was missing from the bag which was slightly damaged. I rang Customer Services and spoke to the lovely Jody who apologised and quickly arranged a replacement for me. She was extremely pleasant and efficient. A real credit to the Company.

We visit this store quite often plus use their online store.

My parcel didn't arrive so I called Joules

I was told that my parcel had arrived at the local Parcel Shop in the High St. Post Office. Despite a 20 minute search the PO clerk couldn't find it. I rang Joules and Jody handled my call with politeness, understanding and efficiency. After a few minutes all was sorted to my satisfaction. Amazing service. TVM Jody!
