Hi we brought our daughter really nice fleece to treat her fore all the care she gives me it was delivered by evri at 1130 at night left on door step we found it next morning when we looked back ring doorbell it was just left at door night before I have been told retailer is responsible fore the parcel i with there was option fore royal mail delivery they are so good regarding my disability ie given me longer to answer door the fleece we were so pleased with quality nice present but we would not purchase again joules because off delivery problems

After my parcel didn’t arrive as expected I called Joules to say how concerned I was as clothes were required for a funeral 3 days later. I spoke to Jody who was so lovely and promised me that I would definitely receive them as she would put in a further order and I would receive them on Friday. She really pulled out all the stops as Evri had returned my original order and when I spoke to her on Friday at 12.30 she told me the new order had arrived with Evri 35 minutes prior and that they would deliver definitely. She was so right and within an hour my parcel had arrived. It was such a relief and thankfully both dress and fleece fit perfectly. Thank you so much Jody I am so very grateful to you for all the help and reassurance you gave me. I hope that before too long Joules will reopen a store in Cardiff - I have really missed you there

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The quality of the jumper I purchased was far below acceptable — after just one wash, following the care instructions, it was left bobbled and looking worn.
I contacted customer service immediately with photos and requested an exchange. This was refused without any meaningful explanation or attempt to resolve the issue.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Once payment was taken, there was no interest in helping or standing behind the product. I regret this purchase and would not buy from this company again.

My parcel was not delivered despite the delivery company saying it had been. I phoned Joules to report this. Adam was extremely helpful. He ordered the item for me again, this time to be delivered to a store of my choosing and refunded the delivery charge .

I was extremely impressed with Joules customer service. Lola was extremely helpful on the live chat, even on a Sunday afternoon. The delivery company Evri had completely messed up and lost my parcel and Lola immediately re-ordered the items, refunded me for one of the items that was no longer available and also refunded my delivery cost. Fantastic customer service - I am a long time customer of Joules and will continue to be in the future!
