After almost 3 weeks I received my order. Unfortunately the return request didn’t work and it’s so annoying. I’m just exhausted of texting the customer service…I really love the item the quality is nice and beautiful but I want to return one coat but it doesn’t work and it’s really depressing for a costumer to wait and do all the stuff because one order 😩

I had one of the most horrible experience ever. I bought a top weeks ago online which was too big for me so I had to return it. Unfortunately, I didn’t not get back my money because they do not refund if you purchase on sale. This is a real fraud, I would encourage people not to buy from them. Customer service rude and unprofessional.

Excellent product Excellent service. I love the fact this is an independent family owned company selling beautifully made and styled garments. I ordered my coat on line. It was delivered within two days and I am over the moon with it's fit and quality. I highly recommend Jovonna.

i am trying to arrange a return - the portal is not accepting my details, and no one is answering the phone or my email. very disappointed. has anyone else had such an issue

Great website. Easy to use. Good amount of photos of models wearing the items of clothing to give a good idea of what you're buying.

I discovered this shop in Marylebone on Saturday 😱 omg the quality and designs are outstanding. Really on trend but more unique than the high street.
The in store assistants are absolute darlings.
I just ordered more items on line which was a good experience as I didn’t go straight to checkout but I received a polite prompt to complete my purchase.
Can’t recommend this shop more highly 😍

Very nice options with good quality fabrics. However it would be nice to have free delivery and return above an amount of purchase so can shop with more confidence regarding sizes etc.
