The service from Joy Buy was great

The service from Joy Buy was great, my product was delivered the very next day. excellent service . The price was very good also I saved quite a bit from other websites. I would recommend this site and have done already . i will deffo be popping back to check things out

[Updated] Customer Service Keeps Dodging the Issue, Nothing is Resolved

Shortly after posting this review, the management team contacted me directly with a sincere apology.

While I am very satisfied with this final resolution and appreciate management stepping in to make things right, I am keeping the original review below because the initial customer service process was incredibly exhausting and needs improvement.

[Constructive Feedback & Positives]
As a suggestion for future improvement, the "1+1" promotion system is quite confusing.
It would be much clearer if it were labeled as "Buy 2 get 1 free" or if the system automatically added the free item to the cart (like it used to during the "Ochama" days).
When I previously asked CS about this, I was simply dismissed with, "We are no longer Ochama, just keep it in mind next time," which was a bit disappointing.

However, when there are no issues, their product lineup is very attractive, the shipping is fast, and the overall service is highly satisfactory.
With the recent positive intervention from management, my trust has been restored, and I look forward to shopping with them again.

I received the wrong items in my order. Here is my exhausting and completely unacceptable experience trying to get it resolved with their customer service.

1st Contact:
I sent photos showing the wrong colors I received. They acknowledged the mistake, promised to check the inventory to arrange an exchange, and assured me they would reply within 24 hours.

2nd Contact:
Days passed with absolutely no reply. I contacted them again, only to be asked for my order number and "How can I help you?" as if the previous chat never happened. After explaining everything from scratch, I was told I didn't need to return the items and should just request a refund via the app. However, the app only showed a standard "Return" option. Furthermore, this doesn't solve my issue because I actually want the correct items I ordered.

3rd Contact:
I resumed the chat saying their previous instructions didn't work. The AI asked for my order number again, transferred me to a new agent, and I had to explain the situation for the 3rd time. I explained that returning and reordering isn't a solution because the item's price has gone up since my purchase. The agent then promised to issue a price difference voucher and a free shipping coupon so I could reorder at the original price. They promised to update me "by today." I also asked them to ensure the refund for the wrong items was processed so I wouldn't be paying twice.

4th Contact:
No reply again. Sick and tired of this, I reached out for the 4th time. The new agent simply told me, "Since we already provided goodwill once as a voucher in the past, this request was rejected. Thank you for understanding and have a great day." This made zero sense. They treated me like I was making unreasonable demands, completely ignoring that THIS IS THEIR MISTAKE.

5th Contact:
Once again, I was asked for my order number and forced to explain the whole story from the beginning. The new agent claimed, "Due to a system issue, the voucher hasn't been issued yet. We will check and reply ASAP."

I am completely exhausted. I have no doubt they will fail to reply again. It honestly feels like a bad-faith tactic to stall and ignore me until I get tired and give up. It feels like a scam. They send the wrong items, play dumb, and force the customer to expend a massive amount of time and energy just to get what they originally paid for. I am deeply disappointed in this company's terrible customer support system.

Absolutely first class

Absolutely first class, fantastic value but the service was even better. Next day delivery and when your item is on route you can follow the van on a map, not only that but they called 45 mins before arrival to let me know this. Very helpful and friendly delivery guys, carried the washing machine up 2 floors and installed it for me. Absolutely first class service from beginning to end. Highly recommended and will defo use them again soon for a new TV.

Good service,fast delivery! I ordered dried food and frozen food in one order, and they delivered separately to make sure that the frozen food were kept frozen when I received. All products were received in good condition, good packaging!
