Honestly great
Honestly great. Website is great, cheaper prices, great communication, the packaging is very safe and sturdy. I bought a macbook and a shaker bottle and both arrived in around 24 hours and were packed very well and work very well.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Joybuy. I ordered several items, and according to their system, the package was marked as “delivered.” However, I never actually received anything.
I checked around my address, contacted neighbors, and verified my delivery details, but the package is nowhere to be found. It’s extremely frustrating to see an order marked as delivered when it clearly wasn’t.
I’ve tried reaching out to customer support, but the process has been slow and unhelpful so far. This situation has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I expected much better reliability and service.
Based on my experience, I would be cautious when ordering from Joybuy, as there seems to be a lack of accountability when delivery issues occur.

Not your average China
I was apprehensive at first - another Chinese big box retailer? But they proved me wrong. They ship actual brands like Writech for premium pens. And they deliver. The good stuff. This means they're in another league entirely compared to Temu or Shein. You can see it in their pricepoint but also in their products: no cheap knock-offs. They sell brands little known in Europe at the prices from overseas. This makes them a viable option for certain purchases but don't expect a dollarstore experience. Is that good or bad? I say good if your bank account allows it, less so if you hoped for more Chinese "steal deals".
