BUYER BEWARE. TOTAL SCAM
This store is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER!!!! I have sent over six inquiries asking where my product is. Received one response which seemed like a "generic" response. They provided me with the incorrect tracking number and product. In fact, I ordered November 3 and they provided me with a tracking number that was already delivered back in July and to a different Country? Its a total mickey mouse operation and I am in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card with my bank to hopefully get my money back. BUYER BEWARE! I have still yet to receive a response from my six emails I sent.

Lovely black beret
I've been looking for a black beret which is not made from wool and this one from Joy is a great find. Lovely soft chenille fabric which fits me perfectly. Arrived safely and packaged really well.

Dirty and damaged water bottle
Fast postage and lots of email updates however my water bottle was dirty when I recieved it, I could visibly see the dirt marks on the pink lid of the bottle it was like it had just been unpackaged and out in the open in a warehouse, also the straw had been bent.

Joy the Store us breaking the law
I got a reply from Joy the Store saying I will be refunded, but I have not received the refund yet. I had just checked my account. There was no email to alert me that I have been refunded either. The law states that online purchases must be refunded within 14 days and that customers do not have to give a reason. I checked this out on the government website.

on time but composition misidentified
Arrived on time & nearly packaged (recyclable!). Only thing was that the composition of the cloth was mentioned as cotton on the website when it’s actually made from polyamide!
Otherwise fit and quality is great.

Very pleased!
My wardrobe needed an upgrade, so I ordered 3 items from Joy, and upon delivery, discovered 1 of the items was wrong. I contacted customer service and was told the correct item would be set aside for me and it would be dispatched as soon as they received the incorrect item from me. I'm very pleased to say that I received the correct item a few days after sending the incorrect one. All 3 items fit great, so I'm keeping them all. All in all very satisfied with the friendly and swift action of customer service and the clothes themselves.

After 7 weeks of waiting for my goods I have just received them. To say that I am shocked by the quality is a complete understatement. I regularly shop online and have never received such poor quality merchandise as I did this morning.
From start to finish my experience with your company has been shambolic.
The funds were taken from my account immediately yet not shipped for another two weeks.
When I enquired via messenger nearly a month after the order was placed I was given the wrong tracking number. I informed someone in your company of this and requested that they assist me I was literally told that i could follow it up myself.
Then today after over 6 weeks I receive what i can only describe as the poorest quality merchandise which I paid a premium price for.
I can only say that this is a lesson learned and that the process of dealing with your company has been so stressful I will forfeit the returns process.
Shocking!!!!!!!
