Came to fit my worktops, but I was at work so my wife stayed home to let the 2 gentleman in.
They were rude and obnoxious the moment they turned up, made my wife feel very uncomfortable with constant swearing in the kitchen and chatting about there sexual exploits.
My wife has never felt so uncomfortable, and this in her own home.
I work in customer service so understand how you should present yourself, and this is not the way.
I didn’t expect any less anyway with how rude everyone on the phone was to me, and simple question to make sure all was in place was greeted with just a blunt answer.
I wouldn’t use this company if I didn’t go through wren. Not my choice, I would seriously advise wren to cancel there contact with them.
I doubt I’ll even receive a reply and looking through here looks like they only reply to good comments.
Standard for a shoody company that obviously teach no people skills at all

Absolutely terrible company, we bought a kitchen worktop and they fitted it badly. within 2 weeks it cracked at the joint and to cut corners they put in extra pieces rather than using one long piece. It then took constant phone calls, emails and threats to take them to the small claims court before they agreed to send somebody to rectify it. When the person came he broke the sink trying to fix the botched job that the firm had done and it's been 3 months with a broken sink. They have since agreed that their workmanship was poor and offered a 50% discount but that was several months ago and they are not returning my telephone calls. Stay away from this company. So far it has been 14 months since they fitted the worktop and no we have a broken sink, a leaking worktop and no refund. They will take your money and rip you off. Stay away from them.

Got to admit they where excellent from start to finish turned up when they said they would, both the guy that did the measurements and the guys that fitted it where polite and very efficient. Really pleased with our new work tops

No cleaning kit was provided when the worktop was installed. I was told this would be sent in the post shortly after. One week later and no delivery.

Worktop has since come apart down one of the seals. I have emailed pictures of whats happened, but heard nothing since this email was sent almost a week ago.

We have since noticed that there are various other fitment issues. Heard nothing further from them.

UPDATE 5/12/19 - despite a Reply to this review a couple of days ago, I still haven’t heard any further from J R Rotherham.

We used J Rotherham in our Wren kitchen installation and found the whole process to be superb. They gave lots of information over emalto ensure we knew what to expect. The templating was quick and simple, and the install (12 days later) was perfect. The worktops themselves look amazing. Thanks very much!

I have absolutely no idea how J.Rotherham have mustered more than one star reviews. I would give them zero if I could. They have absolutely appalling customer service and their 7-10 day lead time for your worktop is nothing but absolute lies.

Installation team very qualified. Final result is stunning! Really recommend.
I did not give 5 stars because the delivery is too long.

So I’m glad to report that Rotherhams neither have called to see the mess they have left nor have they made any contact with us to discuss what they can do to put our worktop mess right..,, I was hopeful with the response from 8 Nov, the promise of a phone call to discuss.... more fool us. Unbelievably they would appear to be in denial about their own shoddy, appalling workmanship and their customer service is really non existent. Quite shocking that this company can run rough shod over everyday consumers who wanted nothing more than to use our hard earned cash to install a new kitchen...I would love to say quality but at the moment it’s anything but...

Granite was incorrectly cut, very poor customer service and no effort to ensure prioritised in order to have the correct piece promptly, now delaying completion of kitchen...would not recommend. Do not buy your granite worktop through Wren, like many have advised us since go independently get the same with better service and less money!!!

Just wow love them. The three guys that came to fit them were so skilled and made an excellent Job.They also went out of there way to help my husband by fitting the sink. Had to wait a little longer than normal but it was a busy time of year for them. Worth the wait mind and would recommend this company again.

What a stunning worktop, It finishes off the kitchen perfectly.

From template to fitting was 11 days. The two guys who installed the worktop were very professional and a pleasure to have in my house.

The two people who fitted the top were very nice and polite. The top looks great. Apart from the splash back.The first was wrong size, to small. The second measurement to big to fit. So I have two expensive splash back leaning against a wall.Rotherham or Wren have not contacted me to sort this problem. Still waiting.

The work surface needed to fit very precisely - it does so beautifully. Installed on time, with excellent communications

Excellent service. Can’t fault in anyway. Every person I came into contact with were polite, professional and a pleasure to have in my house.

Brilliant from initial survey to completed install.
The fitters were polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
Mine was a particularly difficult install (3rd floor flat and then an additional lift on to a mezzanine floor) I feel lot of companies would have walked away stating it to be to difficult to get the worktops in place, thankfully I had fitters that were prepared to go the extra mile and get it done.
Incidentally the worktops look amazing.
Would I recommend them? Yes, would I use them again? Yes

Can’t fault them in any way. They kept to times, dates and communicated all the way. Service was excellent and the product fitted perfectly. They also did everything to get the earliest possible fitting date with short notice.
